this "Best of the Best" Location is a quiet hidden neighborhood in the Heart of Downtown Scottsdale. This is an exceptional location.

When you are at the property you will enjoy a quiet peaceful neighborhood with beautifully landscaped yard and grounds surrounding the semi-private pool.

When you want any and all of the action it is right out your door just a few short steps from hundreds of restaurants, shops and amenities. Fashion Square Mall - the largest mall in the southwestern USA is two blocks from the property.

For Major League Baseball - Scottsdale Stadium, the spring training home field of the San Francisco Giants is 1.5 miles away and Talking Stick Park- spring training home for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks is just 4 miles away. Also at Talking Stick is a great Casino and continuous entertainment and big name musical groups.

Vince is an excellent host! He greeted us very late in the evening, reached out and checked on our stay and accommodated every request. It is an excellent home, very clean, perfect location…. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there..

Vincent was great, showed us around explained everything, very welcoming. The place is in great shape, fantastic grapefruit that we were allowed to enjoy fresh each day. The location is the best and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet a short walk to old town or the Fashion Square mall. Highly recommend this home.

Great location & Great VRBO Host

Great Villa. Our VRBO host was super attentive and made sure we had a nice stay. We felt like we were in a fancy hotel. Loved the music playing on the TV when we walked in. Vincent was very attentive on check-in and checked in with us midway to make sure everything worked well. Location is an easy 10 minute walk to fashion square one way or 5th street shops & old town the other way. Loved the big kitchen and Island. Outside patio is perfect. If it's available, we'll be back.

Best Scottsdale Experience So Far

Nine days in this well designed well situated home was a wonderful experience. The house is open, comfortable, stylish with everything you could want. As a walker and hiker it could almost not have been better. Two mile walk (or Lime Scooter) to Camelback's Chola Trailhead. Beautiful grounds and private pool. Secure gate out to Goldwater Blvd directly across from Nordstrom's. Short walk to the AZ Canal trail. The best complement I can give this property is we will be back!

Great stay

Vince was such a pleasure to rent from . Very timely in his communication. Meets you at the property at check in to go over any questions. The property is so close to old town it takes 5 minutes to walk there. Loved everything about our stay we will for sure stay here again. National Park Tour

Great Location Great Host

This property is in the best location for walking to Old Town Scottsdale and all that it has to offer. Art Galleries, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, gym, Fashion Square Mall. It's all with walking distance. The management of this property is one guy who gets it all done and makes you feel like you are family. He is always available, super courteous and respects your privacy. I can't say enough about how welcome he made me and my family feel. The house or town house itself is spacious, very clean and has a lovely little patio to sit and sip wine on or even play a family game of UNO. Everything you need to live is here. We cooked several family dinners and was super easy. Okay, they do need a sharp knife, like a real chef's knife but really, if that's my only suggestion for improvement, this place is kicking butt. The community pool is also very nice and rarely utilized. I can't think of a moment we didn't have it all to our selves. Rent Here!!!!!

Great Location

Vince met us and gave us a tour of the property. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well stocked. We grilled on the patio one night. We loved the location so close to Fashion Square and Old Town. The neighborhood was very quiet and enjoyable to walk around. We only spent one afternoon at the pool, but it’s right across the street, and we were the only ones there. We definitely will return.

Best Location Ever!

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights and it was an incredible trip. The check-in and check out process was very smooth. Vince was incredibly accommodating to our family's travel schedule which made our trip so much better. The best part of all was the location of the property. It was close to everything including shopping restaurants and activities. We can't wait to come back!!! Thanks Vince!

Beautiful!

I stayed here for a week with my husband, and two younger children. It truly felt like home away from home. Beautiful neighborhood, and setting. The backyard porch area was darling with luscious planters, and provided perfect ambiance with the added lighting. The entire house was immaculate, and had everything needed for daily living. Downtown Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall was just walking distance from this property. You can’t get any better than this place! We will definitely be returning. Vince, we cannot thank you enough! You were a fabulous host. We will be reaching out to you in the future for our return.
