Came for anniversary. Blown away on how big this place was. It was very clean. Only minutes away from beach. Right next to downtown area. Didnt have to leave the island. Would recommend. 20 stars

Perfect location. South Beach is our favorite area. The sink in the hall bath has a very slow drain but that can be easily fixed. Loved the patio.

Parking was great but if you’re space is next to stairwell you do not have the luxury of a straight in entrance which makes it difficult to enter if cars next to you aren’t parked all the way inside.

Love Tybee!

A wonderful condo perfect for us and our daughter and son-in-law. Great location, clean, easy to get to, and the check-in/out process was easy as you'd ever want it to be. A very nice 'home away from home' for the week.

All about the location

Great Experience

My experience at the Tybee Sands Condominiums was great. We were down stairs from the beach, and a block aways from the restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Vacation Condo

The rental process and communication with management was a breeze. The location could not be more perfect and the condo was perfection! We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in minutes. The only drawback was the parking spot. There is a pole in the way so you have to back out at an angle which is difficult with 2 cars parked in the next spot. Otherwise 5 stars in every way!

Comfortable and close to everything

Property was exactly as shown and reasonably priced for the area. We contacted Tybee Rental ahead of time to alert them to our late arrival and had no problem getting our check in pkg when we got in. This condo is located in what we called an "alley" - there is no beach view - but as promised the beach and everything Tybee South is within close walking distance. It was quiet and very comfortable the dates we were there. Condo does not provide "beach" stuff...BYO towels etc...We would definitely recommend and stay in this rental again.

Thin walls

Property definitely needs updating. I did not sleep at night because of the think walls and floors. I could hear my neighbors in their bathroom, on the toilet. We could hear people’s entire conversations.

Perfect Getaway

This location was picture-perfect. It was within walking distance of lots of commercial businesses as well as the beach. There were balconies in the living room and both bedrooms. From the bedroom balcony, you can look down on the neighbor's beautiful, zen swimming pool that changes colors. The only this I was disappointed in was no basic seasoning such as salt/pepper. When you shop, you completely forget about that. I 100% recommend!
