Highly recommend for a big family

Great house! My whole family with 2 small children had a wonderful stay. Floor plan was perfect for us….the house was clean and well equipped with some wonderful amenities for our enjoyment!

Great Home!

Home looks exactly like the photos!! So beautiful and spacious! Hot tub was a great plus! Bottom floor had a lot of games and we loved the Scrabble upstairs! Very close to Beaver Creek and Vail Ski, where we went!

Great Ski Vacation Home

Elk Lane 61 A was a great spot for a BC/Vail ski vacation. The home is convenient, well-appointed and it was an easy, pleasant solution for 4 couples. Our group vacillates between all-inclusive and ala carte adventures. The close proximity of the Avon stores and ski areas made this easiest DIY trip we've ever had. The owners provided a full fit out and all sorts of extras in the kitchen and grill area making eating in hassle free. The hot tub was 2 steps outside the back door and received quite a bit of use après skiing. We'll be back.

Family ski vacation

We had a great week at this property. It had everything our group of 6 adults ( parents with adult kids /spouses) needed! It is convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek and was comfortable for all of us to gather at the end of the ski day. The kitchen was well-equipped and the property managers were easy to get ahold of for any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Awesome Mountain Getaway!

We stayed here for a long ski weekend and loved this house. Easy to get to from Denver and really conveniently located for skiing at both Vail and Beaver Creek. The house was spacious and very cozy, and we enjoyed coming home to a nice fire in the wood stove and the hot tub to help relax after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Great For Groups!

The house is large, clean, and comfortable. Obviously, access to Vail is easy, but Breck etc. are all very accessible. We had 7 people, had plenty of room. A few stairs to get up/down to the bedrooms, so be aware of that if you have people with mobility problems. Tons of games and amenities.

Great house

We rented this house for a ski vacation in March. The house was roomy and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The views out the windows were very nice. The space in the heated garage was a huge convenience during the winter. We have rented a fair amount in the mountains for both summer and winter, and this one ranks at the top for us. We will likely rent this house again.

Family gathering

We really enjoyed our stay in Colorado. Location is great, close to everything skiing, restaurants, stores. Quite neighborhood and privacy. Great place for large groups. Two things-need more towels for stay and kitchen needs to replace some cookware, add platters and serving dishes for when you have dinner in and buy tupperware. Cooking was a little challenging, but did not change our opinion that its a great rental.

Pleasant stay in Eagle-Vail.

Everything worked out well with our stay in eagle vail. The house was as advertised however there were some things that could have been handled better. The house needs to have more than 6 towels and should be properly stocked with trash bags, dish soap, and cleaning supplies.

Recommend this place

This property was great. The location to both Beavercreek and Vail was perfect each less than 10 mins. The home was very nice and spacious all bedrooms had good beds. Nicely stocked kitchen. Good parking with one space in the garage. Super responsive property management as well. If you stay here to ski be aware there is a gondola in Avon that takes you to Beavercreek which is nice. And I believe there are shuttles in town as well but we never researched that option.

perfect trip

My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip during spring break in this luxurious mountain house. Because Beaver Creek and Vail were both close by, we had easy access to some of Colorado's best skiing. The house was stunning in and of itself. The spacious, comfortable bedrooms offered our family of six lots of space to spread out and unwind. The hot tub was the perfect location to unwind after a strenuous day on the slopes. We stayed in the warm water for several evenings while taking in the breathtaking night sky. Overall, the vacation property met all of our expectations. The owners were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt truly pampered and well cared for.

Our party consisted of 2 families each with 2 young children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious well appointed home. There was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we could have needed in the kitchen. There was room at the dining table for all of us to sit down and have meals together. Our kids loved learning to play scrabble on the giant scrabble table. The hot tub was great at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Super close to the mountain for a quick ride to Beaver Creek. I Trip was a pleasure to deal with as well.

We picked the house because it has 3 bedrooms with 3 king-size beds and en suite bathrooms and it looked very spacious. It definitely fit the bill and we never felt crowded, even with 6 adults and 2 little ones roaming around, not to mention a friend staying overnight who could also use the queen bedroom. The kitchen is well-supplied and nicely organized, there are 2 dining tables, and lots of sitting space in the living room and the play/games area in the basement. The only downsides are the distance from the resorts and the lack of parking space. There is room for one car in the garage (much appreciated) and room for 2 cars outside. The driveway was never shoveled, so it was very tight to get in and out. Also, there is NOWHERE to park an extra car.

Cozy awesomeness!

I don’t really know where to begin. I’ve been going to Vail with my wife for 15 years, and before that with my family for over 20. We stayed everywhere. This particular trip was one of the best ones we’ve ever had mostly because of the beautiful house that we stayed in. Normally we’re going into town Most nights, but we couldn’t leave this house because it was just too cozy and awesome. From the moment we walked in, it was welcoming, clean, perfectly set up, and the layout was just amazing. The fireplace consumed us every day and night. We somehow were able to actually Burn an entire cord of wood lol. Coming from Miami Beach we were enthralled by the wood-burning stove. Just sitting in front of the fire, watching it for hours. The open concept of the updated kitchen, the step up dining area, the step down living room, and the sunroom offered perfect pockets to ponder the peaceful serenity of this home. And the split level of bedrooms was exceptionally laid out. The privacy of the master bedroom suite and the second master on the upper floor plus the two extra bedrooms below with the game room offered a perfect escape for rest and relaxation away from the liveliness of the living room for those early to bed or late to rise. And the location of the house provided ultimate quietness and privacy — away from the road, hugging the base of a mountain, surrounded by thick evergreens. A removed oasis, close to the best ski resorts in the world. The digital welcome and information link made checking in, reviewing the how-to guide, and checking out a breeze. As a landlord myself, I gotta up my game :-) The easy walk to the short bus ride to Vail or BC made being in Eagle Vail simpler than imagined. April 2025 was one of our best trips to Vail ever, thanks to this beautiful, cozy, awesome home.

Wonderful

Beautiful house in Avon!

We stayed at this Eagle Vail property over spring break and it is fabulous! Perfect for two families with kids, plenty of bathrooms (including an extra half bath downstairs), great double masters upstairs, and a great kitchen. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for the kids to go out and play in the snow. There were sleds in the garage and a park with a great hill just a mile or so down the road. Easy commute to Beavercreek for skiing (took us 9 minutes during peak time) and lots of easy options for dinner pickups. We also loved that there was already salt and spices in the kitchen as we had forgotten those things on our grocery pick up. An amazing kitchen where we cooked full breakfasts! Everything was lovely, and I highly recommend it.

We saw a deer!

We just loved Elk Lane 61A and plan on staying here again. There is so much space for 8 people. Everyone was comfortable lounging and sleeping. The house has everything from extra pillows to measuring cups! A deer walked behind the back windows on our second afternoon. It was beautiful to back up to the trees Thank you for a marvelous stay!
