Mon appartement a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©corĂ© par moi pensant que j'aimerais vivre si je visitais Buenos Aires, il est moderne, chaleureux, spacieux, calme, confortable, pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Un studio de luxe plein de commoditĂ©s et une belle vue de la terrasse. Dans le cas oĂč vous cherchez une autre option mais Ă  Palermo Soho, s'il vous plaĂźt vĂ©rifier ma liste ou envoyez-moi un message.

L'espace

L'appartement dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit et d'une télévision par cùble. Aussi piscine, terrasse, sauna et blanchisserie.
Nous pouvons également organiser un service de taxi pour le ramassage à n'importe quel aéroport et à tout moment.

Lovely studio

Great place for one or two people to stay. Clean, bright, loved the rooftop pool. Maria was also super responsive and informative. Neighborhood feels very safe. Would definitely stay again.

It was really cool in a great location in Palermo.

It's great. The sauna worked. The pool is nice. The location in Palermo Hollywood is awesome. The apartment has everything that could be needed.

Beautiful place and great location

The host was so very accommodating and made arrival and leaving really easy. The location had many options for food and bars within walking distance. Dinner times are late and felt completely safe walking around at night with some common sense. Buses and Subte to a but to figure out but opened up the entirety of the city. would definitely recommend this place and this phenomenal host

Perfect space in Palermo!

We loved the space - it had everything we needed and allowed us access to the Palermo neighborhood. We were also very close to public transit, which is quite easy in the neighborhood. The host was very fast in responding, and everyone in the building was welcoming. One note - you can easily hear neighbors overhead but it wasn’t terrible by any means. Would definitely recommend and happily come back to stay!

Excellent place to stay

The hosts were really nice and helpful, willing to help their guests whether needed. The apartment is very nice, super clean, fully equiped (even had coffee, tea and cookies for breakfast), comfortable, well lighted, no sounds can be heard from the street. Amazing rooftop pool with a very nice view, although the weather wasn't good during my stay. It's also well located, in a safe zone, near two supermarkets and many cafes in the neighborhood, and a few blocks from Palermo Hollywood (but there are many public transport stops nearby to go to any part of the city). I absolutely recommend this place and will return in my next trip!.

Excellent choice/host in Palmero Hollywood

Maria is the best kind of host being both an extremely active communicator as well as someone who is interested in serving a guests needs regardless of what may arise. She helped me by giving me a place to store my bags until my late evening flight on my final day. Overall I had a wonderful stay at her place, enjoyed a dip in the beautiful pool and took full advantage of all the eateries, cafes and shops in the area. I couldn’t have asked for anything more convenient, beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Maria was a great host and was very helpful, even booking me a taxi to the airport when i departed. The unit was perfect for me — convenient and well priced. Lovely amenities and I enjoyed the rooftop sun deck by the pool. Laundry was extremely convenient — though I would recommend having a small supply of tokens in the unit for use, so one doesn't have to find a kiosk to buy them. excellent stay and thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at our host's place! MarĂ­a immediately responded to our requests, concerns and questions, even before we had arrived in Argentina. She made a load of valuable suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. The place itself was immaculately clean and organized, everything we needed for our one month stay. The area is safe (at night as well) and everything you need is just around the corner, if not closer. Lots of great restaurants in Palermo! A public bus stop is practically in front of the building. We very highly recommend MarĂ­a's place, especially if this is your first time in Buenos Aires. Maria's English is perfect, so do not worry about any language barriers!

Muy gentil la anfitriona, estĂĄ en los pequeños detalles de lo que el huĂ©sped puede necesitar dentro del departamento y fĂĄcil de contactar. Desde la calle del departamento (niceto vega) hacia el Este hay muy buenas opciones gastronĂłmicas y es una zona agradable y bastante segura para recorrer. Bien conectado por transporte pĂșblico, para lo que recomiendo usar Moovit y para taxi recomiendo Cabify y P

The apartment is very close to many cafes, restaurants and bars in Palermo Hollywood. 15-20 min walk to the D subway line. Spectacular rooftop pool with terrific view. The condo is super clean and well maintained. Good supply of basic items one requires upon move in. Maria, the owner is the game changer: she contacted us upon booking, offering suggestions and assistance with any topic we asked about. We had a supply of coffee, tea and cookies waiting for us. She gave us a breakdown of the neighbourhood and key directions. Even a SUBE card loaded with enough money for several subway rides. We never had such a thorough and caring host. Maria texted us every day at the beginning of our stay, to check that everything was all right. The neighbourhood is very nice and functional. Great food stores on Blandon, including a vegetarian place, cooperative grocery market and bakery. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bars - very lively at night. Bus stop in front of the building; 15-20 min walk to Palermo D line station. Antique market 3 blocks away; Arcis shopping mall near the subway station. We recommend this apartment t couples exploring BA. Enjoy!
