Great location

Condo was very close to the beach 5 min bike ride/10 min walk. It has been updated and very clean. Would stay here again. Loved having bikes included with rental.

Fantastic house in fantastic area

Stayed in this wonderful house with family over Spring Break and everyone loved it. Cute, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed for the week. Great bikes for getting around to all the fun local things to do. Steps from golf , fishing and swimming. Can’t wait to go back.

Awesome location in Sea Pines

Beautiful home! Loved the location! Only a two minute bike ride to get to the beach. Everything you need is in the house. Nicely decorated and over looked golf course! Pool nearby was super convenient as well! Just a beautiful and well maintained home… loved it!

Great Sea Pines Villa

Everything about this place was great. Plenty of space, clean, great location in sea pines on the golf course, and the 4 bikes included was fantastic. We biked the trails several times. This was our third consecutive winter trip to HHI and this was definitely the best place we have stayed. If we return to HHI we will stay here again!

Great location, nice unit!

The unit was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in, especially the kitchen and outside seating. The location was perfect (quick walk or bike to the beach club), and this end unit of villas was quiet. When I needed to reach out to the management company, they returned my call promptly.

This is a beautiful villa.

We loved our stay at this villa. It was renovated recently and everything is pristine. It is very comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the golf course. The location was also great. We rode bikes to South Beach and to Harbor Town. The beach is an easy walk. We had a great vacation here.

Perfect Location and Stay

This spot was the perfect location and stay for our beach trip. The view is very nice too! The home was spacious and comfortable. The renovated areas were very nice! We liked how the home came with bikes. The pool is in the same strip of homes. You will need to take trolley from the trolley parking lot and go to the beach from there. You can’t park at the beach club. Overall it was the perfect place to stay for our trip! Would come back to this rental!

This unit was perfect. Our view of the golf course was beautiful. Everything in the unit was in good working order and clean. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes and we could bike anywhere in Seapines on the bike path. The bicycles that came with the unit were in very good shape so we did not have to rent bikes.

The condo is beautifully renovated, clean and has everything you need to enjoy the many amenities of Sea Pines. It's obvious thet the owners take great pride in their home. We sat on the back deck and enjoyed the view of amazing sunrises and sunsets along with the pristine Atlantic Dunes golf course and Fraser's Restaurant. True paradise, golf course at the back door and the beautiful beach an easy 10 minute walk. Can't wait to stay again!

Great Choice

One of the best places we have stayed on Hilton Head. This unit is an easy walk to the beach club, good central location in Sea Pines. All bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and have their own bathrooms. Downstairs felt more spacious than I had expected from the pictures. All bathrooms have been updated. New kitchen. Appreciated the 4 bikes and chairs. The space for beach stuff outside is very convenient with a hose. We are likely to return here. Well maintained place.

The villa was clean, very comfortable, and the view of our golf course and clubhouse made a stunning backdrop during the full moon. The rental is very close to the Beach Club. We used 2 beach chairs and all 4 bikes included with with the rental. Recommendation: The pots and pans are coated in Teflon, which is worn. We purchased a large deep frying pan and used it for stove top cooking.

The condo was very clean, large, well laid out, next to the pool, overlooking the golf course, and blocks from the Sea Pines beach club. We never used the TVs. The couch was sooo comfy we could have slept on it. Minor minor points-toilet paper hold loose in BRs and closet door off track in master BR , and no salt/pepper supplied. Master bed fairly firm, but I didn’t mind and the queen bed mattresses were a littlesunken. Plenty of dishes, wine glasses , dish detergent . Would stay again .

Great Family Vacation

The villa was cleaned thoroughly. Quick walk to pool. Bike paths at entrance to area. Parking was an issue due to people without passes staying with others. We paid for additional pass since we had 2 vehicles. We were able to use 2 out of the 4 beach chairs, thankfully we brought some with us. Was great having washer and dryer, however the washing machine needs to be replaced or repaired. Could only run when we weren’t there since it was extremely loud. The backyard views are amazing. Loved that each room has its own full bathroom. We stayed very active and ate out each night. This was a nice affordable option for staying in Sea Pines for the first time. Also loved the pictures on display of the family that owns the unit. Made for great conversation with the little ones.
