This spectacular home is located in the heart of Downtown Telluride with quick easy access to skiing and all that the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village have to offer. There is one dedicated parking space in front of the home, and one street parking permit.



This contemporary 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 story townhouse is conveniently located one block from the Gondola Plaza, restaurants, and shopping. The modern residence is pure luxury with clean lines, handcrafted wood and glass surroundings along with in-floor heat. As you enter the home, you are on the main level with an open floor plan for the dining area, kitchen, breakfast bar seating and living space surrounded by windows offering great views of the mountains. The main floor features beautiful hickory wood floors in the dining area, kitchen, and living area, along with a double-sided gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Sonos sound system throughout the residence, and reading nook. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, and custom built hickory cabinets. Off the main living area, a deck with the gas grill allows the chef and guests to not only observe the grill master at work but also opportunity to enjoy the majestic lighting on the mountain. Please note the main floor does not have a bathroom.



The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom is located up the glass staircase on the top floor. The master bedroom has a private balcony with exquisite views. It has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, skylight, flat screen TV, private bath with jetted tub and steam shower. The hickory wood floors are also throughout this level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and ensuite private bath with shower, flat screen TV, desk, and the other has a king bed, flat screen TV and the bathroom with a step-in bathtub and shower, is located just outside the room. The laundry with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also on this level. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets, and please note this home is not suitable for young children.

Great Telluride location

This is an ideal spot any time of year since it's just a block or 2 from everything you want to do in town and a gondola ride to Mountain Village. The kitchen is well-stocked, there are cozy blankets for cool evenings, and the neighborhood is quiet at night.

Fantastic Place

This was a great rental for family Spring Break ski vacation. Perfect location with short walk to Gondola, restaurants, nature trail, etc. We would definitely book this house again for future vacations to Telluride

Perfect location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We've been coming to Telluride for years, and this location was the perfect distance from the gondola, restaurants, and shops. The house was a good size for our family, and the accommodations were very comfortable. Due to Covid, we ate in a lot, and the kitchen was very good for that. In addition, the property managers were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful home, great location!

This was our first stay at this property, it was terrific! The home is well-appointed, roomy, light and bright, beds are comfy and great storage and closet space. The parking space was big enough to fit our Escalade. We would definitely rent this house again! Great trip.

Perfect location, beautiful home!!

We will definitely try to rent this home again! This was our first visit to Telluride, and we loved it. The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were great. The views are beautiful. My kids especially loved the comfy fireplace nook. The location was SO convenient to everything.

Well Furnished in a Perfect Location

This is a very nicely furnished home that has been well taken care was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is ideal for both skiers and non skiers. Use of the attended ski locker at the base of the gondola made the very short walk to and from the house that much more enjoyable. We had a great time and would not hesitiate to rent this property again.

This is a high quality house. You are truly one block from the gondola and the house comes with access to a ski locker under Camel’s Garden. One thing to know, the master bedroom has windows that overlook the living room so it can be noisy.

Perfect location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Pacific Street. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the knives are sharp too! The best feature of the house is its location-right in the center of town-easily accessible to the Oak St. lift, shops and restaurants. We look forward to renting again next year. Finally, the customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Perfect Location

The house is in an ideal location near Gondola and great restaurants and market. Kitchen is well stocked with gadgets and appliances. The light is good and some views from living and master floors, lower 2 bedrooms are dark. It took my husband and I a little maneuvering to find work and desk space- but we improvised and made it work. The entry is tight and not really set up for a skiing family- but again made it work. We would rent again if owners made upgrades to master mattress and better quality sheets and pillows. Enjoy!

Amazing Location, Beautiful Home

It is rare to vacation and not be disappointed in some part of your accommodations. NOT here. This home is beautiful, up to date, and has been well cared for. It has Everything you need to cook in, and if you choose to eat out you are within a short walking distance to anything in town or the gondola to Mt Village. This home couldn't be more centrally located. Our family skied/snowboarded - the attended locker next to the gondola made it easier than a "ski in" home! The off street parking this home provides is so convenient (a rare amenity in Telluride). We highly recommended this home and can't wait to return ourselves!

Ideal location, summer stay

My husband and I stayed her with two grown daughters and their partners. The location was ideal for going to and from the Bluegrass Festival and convenient for restaurants, walking/shopping around town and using the gondola to head over to Mountain Village. We took several hikes, all within walking distance or a short drive. In general, the house has a modern, light and airy feel. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the first floor, playing games, listening to music (smart TV) and eating. My husband and I were comfortable in the master bedroom with its ample storage and bathroom. One of the rooms in the basement is less generous (for a couple) and could benefit from better air circulation. If you plan on having a car (or two), the home's parking space is tight; one parking permit is provided. We had an easy time communicating with iTelluride, our booking agent. We loved every minute in Telluride and staying here added to the ease and joy of our experience!

The location is great: it is ultra-convenient to the gondola, the farmers' market, and all the activity on the main street. The kitchen is well-appointed, with all of the pots/pans/utensils/serving stuff etc. that you'd need for nice meals at the condo. The owners included guidebooks, wildlife and wildflower guides, and other literature that's a thoughtful touch for visitors. The interiors are beautiful, and the furniture etc. is great. A couple things about the unit itself, though . . . There isn't a bathroom on the main (ground) floor. There is one upstairs, and one downstairs, but it was a bit inconvenient at times. We didn't have anyone who needed special assistance with stairs, but it would be something to think about for this unit. The TV/audio system was mind-bogglingly confusing. It would be great for the owner to provide some kind of instructions for adjusting volume, changing channels, changing functions, etc. Our 11-y.o. son finally figured out (by accident) that the volume controls were on knobs on the walls; at the least, that would have been nice to know. The ceiling-mounted smoke alarms started going off in a couple of rooms one afternoon, probably related to a town-wide power outage earlier that morning. In any case, dealing with errant smoke detectors isn't fun on vacation. That being said, the rental agent responded promptly and dealt with the situation! We certainly will think about renting this unit again, but I rated it "good" because of the couple caveats that we wanted to make sure others knew about.

This property is in a great location! It is a lovely home.

Easy to rent and great location. Long and narrow and no outdoor space really but met our needs especially due to location. Master is upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs each with their own bathroom. Not glamorous but still very nice! Responsive rental agency which is great!

Great 3 Bedroom Townhome

Amazing location! Beautiful unit. Just a block from the gondola and a few blocks from the grocery store and few blocks from bars and restaurants in Telluride. The townhome has great natural light on the main floor and second floor bedroom. The furniture in the living area is very comfortable and look like it was recently updated. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary pots, pans, and staples. There is below floor radiant heat throughout the unit. The two guest bedrooms are located in the basement. The VRBO description of one of the guest bedrooms described a twin bunk bed over a full bed but was only a full bed with no bunk. Definitely not a deal breaker, but it would have been helpful to know that upfront. Also, the unit was supposed to come with ski locker privileges adjacent to the Oak Street lift, but neither the locker attendant nor the front desk manager knew what we were talking about when we inquired about the ski locker for this unit. Again, a very, very minor nit pick. Communication with Chris was great throughout. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised in nice condition, well equipped and professionally managed. Our group of 5 skied all week, enjoyed the town and village and never had to drive our vehicle the entire stay. Recommended without hesitation
