Pet friendly house in a quiet neighborhood near Folly road. The bedrooms were lovely with plenty of towels. Main bathroom was smaller but functional. I do believe the second bathroom needs attention. It felt dingy and dirty.

Me and 7 buddies came down to stay in this house for a wedding. First off the location is phenomenal especially for the price! Close to the main strip of James Island so that was phenomenal. The house itself did an amazing job sleeping our group. The exterior of the home did look a little concerning when we pulled in but the inside made up for it! Only flaw we had with this house was the water in the kitchen sink did not work but we worked around it and loved our stay! Would definitely come back

There was plenty of room for 5 adults who came to town for a wedding. The location was great. The traffic was not. We couldn’t find the iron, but everything else was great!

We had difficulty with the electronic lock and couldn’t get in touch with anyone to help us. No local contact. Otherwise, it was convenient location, clean and kid and pet friendly!

Great area for easy access to the city or the beach. The actually facility could have been a bit cleaner, for instance there was dog hair on the bathroom floor and room rugs.The place is comfortable and cozy. Overall I’d say it’s a decent price for what’s offered.

Dirty! The outside of the house is covered in mold and spiderwebs. They definitely do not deep clean the house. Couch was stained, cigarettes burn, and buildup between the cushions. Vents and recessed lights about to fall out of the ceiling, patched areas on the walls that never got painted, bugs and webs all over the walls. Washer had some sort of white chunky substances in the detergent holder so we didnt do laundry. No privacy in the house at all. See through curtains in the front of the house and no curtains on the kitchen windows. This house really shouldn't be on the list for a VRBO! 100% would NOT recommend.
