Unit was very clean. Pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Access to beach and having an umbrella and beach chairs available was nice! Surf fishing from the beach was awesome!We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I just came home from a one week vacation in Pass-a-Grill. We were familiar with the area from a prior trip several years ago. The rental property we just stayed in is only steps away from the retail area and the beach. It is a large one bedroom with very comfortable seating, as well as outdoor seating. The pool was great, and there was an additional seating area there. The landlord was very attentive to our stay and provided free tickets for the Clearwater Marina Aquarium and the Dalí museum. In a way I don’t want to give this rental a good review, because we’re intent on going back next year!

Amazing stay

First time staying at the Beach Club even though we have been coming to this area for 15 years. We have found or " go to" rental. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and quiet for sleeping. iTrip was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns.

Check in and check out were super easy. The condo was very nice & having the ocean out the front with pool out the back was perfect. Had some WiFi connectivity issues & customer service stayed on text messaging even after standard office hours to assist. Definitely above and beyond. Pass-a-Grille was a very quiet part of the island. Sunset was celebrated every night & I felt like I found my people. Plus so many amazing birds

Great beach vibe directly accessible to the public beach. Owners failed to disclose the 20 blocks of beach were being renourished with sand from the gulf and it’s still not fully finished. The condo is pleasant and nicely maintained. The pool is heated and clean. Overall a nice place to relax.very

Fantastic Place!

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s a perfect location, has everything you need and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. You can’t ask for more than that. Pool out back, perfect temp, nice seating area, Beach right out front, it was gorgeous weather. Great restaurants, bars and shops, all within 1 Block. Comfortable bed, great TV, kitchen had everything we needed. Towels provided. An A+ stay. Thank You!!!

I location was amazing the condo was very nice. I decided to stay with you because you offered a swimming pool There were problems with the pool the whole time we were there. The heater did not work and the pump was not working well. We spoke with other guests and they said they made complaints

No pets please.

This is the third time I have stayed in this building. Second time in this condo. Condo is clean and perfect location. Only problem this time was the dog in unit 3 that was left in condo alone every evening to bark non stop. It barked nonstop even when tenents were at the pool. Could not enjoy the front porch at all if tenents were not there in their condo. Loved the condo. Dog next door, not so much.

Pass-A-Grille

First timer and laid back relaxing vibe. 8 unit building around a heated pool and very convenient to bars and resteraunts. Perfect for two but also has pull out couch. Bottom floor some minor noise from upstairs unit but minimal. We love this area the best after trying Clearwater, Madeira Beach and Siesta Key previous years.

Just A Week Away!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute condo! Perfect location for walking to breakfast, dinners, bars! Watch the sunset from the patio! And the pool was also so nice for a break from the beach. Just loved it and would definitely stay there again!
