Step back in time to classic Florida. Pass-A-Grille, the southernmost section of Pinellas County barrier beaches, is one of the first beach community on the Gulf of Mexico to attract guests. An artsy community, with no giant condo buildings or huge resorts to crowd the area, it boasts some of the most scenic sections of sand, the best restaurants, fantastic fishing, and is a quick ride over to downtown St. Petersburg.

The Beach Club building, totally renovated just a few years ago, is one of the very best locations to stay on the beach, with all upgraded furnishings, a year round heated pool, private balconies, and literally steps away from wonderful food and refreshments.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The space worked well for my wife and daughter and myself. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The only thing I would recommend would be to upgrade to a newer, more comfortable couch. If I had to offer anything.

Wonderful Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a great layout and size for our family of four (children 9 and 11 years old). We loved the full size appliances and washer and dryer combo. The pool was a great option to beat the Florida heat. Everything was clean and well kept. The only thing we would change about the condo would be the shower. The water pressure was pretty low and the water temperature was hard to adjust. Overall, we loved our stay. It was the perfect walking distance between the bay and the ocean, as well as the shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Relaxing at the Beach

We loved the convenience of being able to walk to dinner, the beach and ice cream! The condo was very quiet and exactly as advertised. Would definitely rent again.

This place is such a great location between the gulf front and the bay and there is so many things to do and explore. We had one minor issue with the code to get in but was resolved very quickly. We hope to return one day very soon.

Eckerd College Graduation trip

This was our first time staying at this property. We were very impressed with the size of the unit; how clean the unit was and how the owner had the entire unit stocked with your everyday essentials. We have stayed in PAG several times and I think this property is now one of our favorite places. Very quiet, clean, easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for your PAG stay.

Loved it!

Beach access, spacious 2-room, all the appliances worked and the other folks staying there all seemed very nice. And, of course, the access to the beach and the “neighborhood” feel of Pass-a-Grille were sweet. We’ve signed for next year already.

This apartment is wonderful and in the best location in Pass-A-Grill. There is still visible damage in the area from the hurricane but this property on the second level was spared is in great shape. There is a complete kitchen and a washer dryer, which makes living easy. The bathroom is lovely and the ere are plenty of towels. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is large and airy: open the doors and step out on the balcony for fresh sea air.
