Great house and stay! Would definitely rent again. To make it a 5 star renting I would say having house ready by allocated time; grass mowed; few more towels. Otherwise a really nice place. Thank you for renting out your house.

Very clean and comfortable house that worked very well for a gathering of college friends to catch up and watch soccer. Kitchen and dining space open into the living room with a large TV and couch so nice gathering space. Outdoor seating area in back yard under a pergola was very pleasant for morning coffee. Our only feedback was that the stove was broken and we weren’t informed ahead of time. Owner was very communicative.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property. The location is quiet and the driveway spacious. The location was easy to reach from the freeway and an easy drive to downtown and other services. The house is very tasteful and comfortable for our family of 6 adults, but it would be amazing for families with small children too: basement playroom with plenty of toys, safe back yard with a playhouse and adjacent adult space, child safe handles on the stove and sink cabinet, sippy cups and child dining ware. We are cooks and the kitchen is set up for people who cook: sharp knives?-yes!, spices and olive oil and vinegar?-yes!, quality cookware?-yes! The bedding, towels, toiletries were very nice.

Horizon house was the most wonderful house! The owners have literally thought of everything you could possibly need.We had our 3 year old grandson with us, and he was so happy to play in the toy filled playroom.Also, when we did have questions, Colton would respond quickly.I loved our stay, and would highly recommend!
