Dit mooie en goed ingerichte huis is gelegen in het veelgevraagde Kierland gebied van North Scottsdale. Dicht bij de winkels en restaurants in Kierland Commons, de Scottsdale Quarter en het Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. Dit huis is centraal gelegen ten opzichte van alle cultuur, het nachtleven en de natuurlijke schoonheid die de Vallei van de Zon te bieden heeft.

Casa De Palms is een prachtig volledig gemeubileerd, enkel verhaal (GEEN TRAPPEN) eengezinswoning met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een complete badkamer met inloopdouche. De 2e en 3e slaapkamers bieden beide een queensize bed en een flatscreen-tv. U vindt ook een twin opklapbed om comfortabel 7-8 te slapen. We kunnen ook een dubbel high queen luchtbed, Pack n 'Play of kinderstoel op aanvraag (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid) leveren voor uw gemak. Een 2e bad biedt een bad / douche combo.

Veel binnen- en buitenruimte is onder andere een familiekamer met een enorme flatscreen-tv, een dvd-speler en een echte open haard. De woonkamer opent naar de eetkamer, ontbijtbar en volledig ingerichte keuken. Een extra zithoek met kantoorwerkruimte is ook aanwezig. De glazen schuifdeuren openen naar het grote overdekte terras met veel zitplaatsen om te ontspannen. Geniet van de roestvrijstalen BBQ, een buitenbadtafel, putting / chipping green, het spel "Tiki Toss", het bubbelbad en het DUIKEN zwembad! Zo veel te doen! Schakel het vernevelingssysteem en de plafondventilatoren in die de patio zo'n 10 graden of zo in de hitte van de zomer koelt. Perfect voor een ontspannen uitje, golfreis of uw volgende familiereünie! U vindt er ook 4 ligstoelen om te zonnebaden, samen met een eettafel buiten. Extra's zoals bordspellen en boeken houden je dagenlang bezig.

Een privégarage kan 2 auto's parkeren, samen met een oprit voor 2 auto's. Wasmachine en droger inbegrepen. Alle linnengoed, handdoeken, papieren producten zijn inbegrepen, samen met een volledig gevulde keuken om uw feest te bereiden. Haal gewoon een paar boodschappen en geniet van alles dat Casa De Palms te bieden heeft! Als er iets nodig is tijdens uw verblijf, vraag het gewoon aan uw persoonlijke property manager ...

Six Week Stay

My wife and I stayed for 6 weeks in the early spring. This was our second stay at the property. As before, the house was clean, stocked and ready to be lived in. The location is perfect for many activities and entertainments. All in all, a very comfortable house in a walkable residential neighborhood. Our dogs demand to be walked often. The hot tub is a great way to relax in the evening. Check-in was painless and Wes was very timely and responsive to any of our questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay. We do think there is an animal living in the ceiling vent in 2nd bathroom. There was always brush falling from vent on toilet. And a dead animal smell recently. Besides that, the house was nice.

Was extremely disappointed in the condition of the property in comparison to what it was advertised. I have reached out to three different people regarding my concerns and did not get one response. Horrible experience with this company. Issues to long to list here but included - house full of dog hair, screen door for patio going out to the pool was broken and basically unusable, TV in one of the bedrooms did not work, other general cleaning and upkeep issues along with lack or response from the company. Would give this a zero rating if I could. I can understand a few issues but reaching out three times to discuss concerns and not getting a response is unacceptable. I even specifically asked to discuss my concerns before doing a review. Apparently they don't care. Buyer beware do not book with Latitude 8.

five week stay to hide from the snow back home. House was clean and well-stocked, if a bit worn in places. Quiet residential area in a wonderful location close to Kierland. No heat in the pool, but the hot tub sufficed. Remote work, golf, shopping and exploring. We will be returning next year.

Overall our stay was good. However, some of the lights in the kitchen did not work, the hot tub was 90 degrees for the first 2 days, and the toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and would slid off the toilet at times.

Short visit.

Let me start with the positive. This location is amazing. Close to everything. Extremely convenient. The back yard is nice. The pool, pool table, hot tub and putting green are great. Lots to stay busy at the house. Home has plenty of space and it’s nice to be able to park in the garage. Check in was great and the property manager was easy to work with. The beds were comfy. Some negatives The photos of the house are nicer than the house. It’s an older home. Needs fresh paint, new towels (they were white and stained). The dining room table chairs are stained and stuffing is coming out if some. The house has a weird smell to it. I bought a candle to light when we were home as I’m sensitive to smells. The hot tub needs some repairs. It’s very old and missing some cushions, the pool chairs are not in good shape. If you are looking for location this is it.

Chill party pad

Some little things need to be buttoned up on the property. But mostly it was great. Only issue we had was we left mid day on Saturday to golf and when we got back someone had turned the hose on to fill the pool that was not really low in my opinion. When we got back from golfing around 5ish the pool was overflowing into the yard. I appreciate the effort on keeping the pool up to snuff but I believe the regulator on the hose to turn off when its full is broken is the real problem. Other than that we had a great time and would recommend the property!

Family vacay in Az

The place was perfect for us! Lots to do at the house getting sun in the yard all day and early evening. The shaded patio and umbrella was perfect to provide shade for our 9month old. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed the pool table and putting green. Wes, our property manager was easily reached by phone and helped make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway in North Scottsdale

Just spent 5 days at Casa de Palms with the family and had a great time. Communication with Wes, the property manager was fantastic leading up to and through the trip. The house was well maintained, was in overall good condition with everything you'd hope to expect find working, working. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to all major transportation routes. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and the kids loved using the putting green. Other nice thing for familiies is the bedrooms for the kids and the master bedroom are on separate sides of the house, so very easy to put the little ones off to bed and still be active. Overall would recommend!
