Located just 1.5 miles from the wild beaches of Assateague Island and only 9 miles from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, the 2 homes sit on a private 1.5-acre lot in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Close by you'll also find three top-rated golf courses and countless local attractions — from Ocean City's famous boardwalk and historical Maryland towns to waterparks and crab shacks to ice cream parlors and go-karts — all within a short drive.

Inside the MAIN HOME you'll find 3200 Sq. Ft. of living space.
1st Floor: Master Suite (KING) w/private bath featuring walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and private sitting area for those “quiet moments”. Also on the first floor; half bath and laundry room, 2-story great room, chef's kitchen, morning room and separate dining room, (combined, the kitchen and dining comfortably seats 13 PLUS additional 6 top table on the patio). 2nd Floor: Balcony over-looking great room, 2nd master suite (KING) w/private bath, you’ll also find (2) additional bedrooms one with KING, TWIN daybed and 2nd with QUEEN bed sharing Jack & Jill bath, PLUS an additional DEN (2 TWIN, 1 QUEEN) offering extra sleeping area.

West Ocean City is Conveniently located just West of Downtown Ocean City, West Ocean City offers; outlet shopping, movie theater, grocery stores, Walmart, fresh seafood & produce stands. There are plenty of popular restaurant chains (which you will not find in Ocean City township) such as Outback Steak House, Carrabbas, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Chic Filet, Chipotle, Sakura, Dairy Queen, Ledo's Pizza and More!. Another popular location for dining is the commercial harbor area of West Ocean City located where Golf Course road intersects with Sunset Avenue. You will find several popular, locally owned restaurants; Crab Alley, Sunset Grille, The Shark, Harbor Side and Sello's Italian Kitchen., (ALL 5 miles from the featured vacation home). For the adult vacationer you'll find plenty of outdoor night spots just to 'hang out' & relax on the waterfront. You can try your luck at the Casino at Ocean Downs. Or schedule a day's adventure on Ocean City's best fishing charters. Within 10 minutes of the home you'll find several golf courses; Glen Riddle, Eagles landing, Rum Pointe, Ocean City Golf Club's 2 courses; Seaside & Newport Bay. For the kids; go-Karts, paintball, movie theater, Frontier Town Western theme amusement park, water park, putt-putt golf, arcade & ice cream shops. Another best kept secret of West Ocean City is the public beach you'll find at the east end of Old Bridge Road. Overlooking Ocean City, it is a great place to fish, watch a sunrise or sunset, relax with a picnic dinner AND it offers a great front row seat to Ocean City's Fireworks. 1.5 Miles from the house, is Assateague Island (south of West Ocean City), a unique alternative to Ocean City's Beaches. Bring your bikes, Make it a point to stop by the interactive visitor center at Assaateague State & National Parks (1 mile from the house). Along with a 3+ mile bike trail on Assateague, you'll also find nature trails with beautiful wild life & world famous wild ponies, beautiful beaches with public bathrooms & shower house, fishing pier and watersports such as kyaking & wind surfing. At night, Assateague is the perfect spot to enjoy a bonfire on the beach.

Bring your BOAT or JET SKIS, kayaks, the home is located a mile from a public boat ramp & the home has plenty of parking space for either OR both!
