Great family vacation home! Spacious and clean in a convenient location.

The property is just steps to the beach and is for family and mature adult gatherings. We do not rent to HS seniors. This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths sleeps 14 people comfortably. The outside offers off street parking for 4 to 5 cars, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a screened porch on the front of the house with tables and chairs.
The inside has a very large open room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. This great room is so large there are two dining room tables that seat 8. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.
There is a separate large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and much open space to make this home a comfortable and relaxing retreat. There is cable TV with every premium channel. This property is available for summer weekly rentals and also available for weekly, weekend rentals in the off season. We do not allow pets so as not to aggravate those who may suffer from pet allergies.
As owners we live and work close by so that we can quickly address any needs that you may have. We want our guests to have the best vacation ever without having to wait on service or make more than one phone call to us. GUESTS SUPPLY ALL TOWELS/LINENS AND PAPER PRODUCTS

Great house, steps to beach

House layout was great with 5 bedrooms for our large/extended family, with kids.True 1 minute walk to the beach was perfect for young kids.

Wonderful lay out of property, very spacious for a family of 10. The kitchen was stocked with everything, even big kettles to do corn in Great location to beach, very convenient for trips back & forth the beach with little ones We will definitely be returning

Very happy with our stay. Second time booking this house. Big house with many bedrooms, kids were able to have their own rooms. House has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. Outdoor shower for sand, enclosed patio, plenty of parking, full kitchen and dining room, 2nd fridge with washer and dryer. Will definitely book again.

Our stay was for a friends' trip that has been going on for almost 5 decades. We love this house for its proximity to the beach and numerous restaurants (and a great deli), and the 1st floor layout that is open, spacious, and homey (2 dining room tables!). It has a terrific screened-in porch that we don't seem to use enough, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There's nothing we don't like about staying here, and we hope to stay in the future.

A great place for a large family at the beach.

We loved this vacation home! With so many beds, everyone was accommodated. When we needed some time alone, we could get away. The location couldn't have been much better- so close to the beach. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and having two refrigerators gave us the storage we needed.

A house with character!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this spacious house in the heart of mid-town O.C. The main open room with beamed ceiling included the living room and two dining tables adjacent to the kitchen - just perfect for socializing with a large group. Steps from the beach and numerous dining establishments and shops, we couldn't have found a better place to continue our beach trip tradition - we hope to come back for many years to come.

The home is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The site is also very close to the beach and the driving distances to many activities and events a short distance. The home also had many toys and books for our kids to enjoy. My one personal issue regarding this home is they do not provide sheets or towels. While we brought ours, I found lugging them to the site a burden and didn't want the hassle of dealing with a rental facility.

Spacious, clean excellent location

We stayed for 4 nights during “Oceans Calling music festival. There were 9 of us and we were all comfortable. The common area, with a well stocked kitchen allowed for breakfasts and post concert socializing. The beach is half a block away. No streets to cross! Great for families. Only issue was not Wi-Fi though owner explained situation would be fixed after our stay.

We had a most enjoyable, unforgettable experience staying there.The house was extraordinary clean ,beautifully decorated, and with any and all amenities you could wish.
