You'll find yourself close to a variety of stores, restaurants, and a mall, with downtown Chicago only a 35-minute drive away. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate being 20-30 minutes away from swallow cliff woods and lake Katherine . Easy access to I-55 to explore the area. NO PARTIES or EVENTS or large gatherings allowed. Please be mindful of neighbors. This is a peaceful area. There are outdoor cameras in the property for safety.

Wonderful stay! The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy. The only thing I would mention is that the step into the house is very high. It was a challenge to get in and out for my elderly disabled mother. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay.

Nice little house with good value for three bedrooms. The bathroom is really nice. My biggest note is that the pullout bed part of couch isn't easy to assemble. But overall good place!

The house served it's purpose for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and well lit at night. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there weren't enough towels and washcloths for 4 people for 2 nights and there was no hair dryer. The house is older with some nice improvements but could use some more work.

Great place to stay! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. If you’re someone who sleeps with more than one pillow, I’d suggest bringing your own. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago. It’s conveniently located near a grocery store and plenty of other shopping options. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a very comfortable stay.

House was nice and cozy. It was clean and could tell there was some renovations done. Some closet doors needed work. We did not have access to a washer or dryer. Cute little table in the dining/kitchen area. Great shower. Front doors need work. The heating and Ac was awesome.
