About this property

The Moose Lodge on the Susquehanna River

The Moose Lodge is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin with an open loft. One bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds separated by a partial wall. The loft offers another queen bed, accessed by stairs. The home features a full kitchen with a slightly smaller-than-standard stove, cookware, utensils, and coffee maker. There is a standing shower in the bathroom, an indoor wood-burning fireplace, and a mini-split system for heating and cooling. Firewood is provided. Outside, guests can enjoy a large deck, firepit, and private riverfront access. Starlink internet, AT&T and Verizon service is generally reliable. The loft stairs and river access may not be suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. You’ll have full access to the cabin, spacious deck, firepit, and private riverfront. The only spaces not available are the basement and a locked owner’s closet used for supplies. Please call or text anytime before or during your stay!

We’d love to share our getaway with you! We live nearby and grew up camping just across the river from this cabin. This place holds some of our favorite memories, and when we’re not here enjoying it ourselves, we’re happy to open it up so you can make your own.

Why they chose this property

The pictures truly say it all—our cabin sits perfectly on a bend of the Susquehanna River, offering stunning waterfront and mountain views. Tucked away in a quiet, private setting, it’s the kind of place we believe just can’t be beat.
