The kitchen was pretty much set up for cooking. We asked property manager if she could get us a bigger pot. She told us to go to Walmart; we did and she repaid us.We enjoyed the pool.Cheryl helped with getting the tv working and managed to get us the WiFi password also.

Great spot

The place was clean, nice view of the marina and close to nice restaurant. The nearby Trading Post was great for breakfast and lots of other stuff you need. We will stay there again in the future!

We always enjoy staying at the Keel Condos at Burnt Store Marina- Being right at the marina watching the boat traffic is nice. The back screened in porch overlooking the pool at the condo is relaxing and great place to eat and enjoy the florida breeze.

Perfect location as we were visiting relatives in the Marina.

Clean and comfortable. Great communication with the contact person Cheryl. Boat forklifts start at 7:30 so no sleeping in. Easy drive to loads of activities.

I enjoyed having a restaurant close by. I also enjoyed the closeness to the marina. The condo itself was dated. It could have used a deep cleaning. There were ghost ants crawling around we also got woken up at 2 am the first night we were there because the toilet was leaking water to the floor below us.

Condo was okay but needs renovating. Bed and linens were old, bathroom shower needs cleaning and updating, furniture was stained. For VRBO not what I would have expected.

To ensure efficiency, our Guest Contact and cleaner both went through the condo to inspect the mentioned concerns. They confirmed that there were no stains on the furniture. The beddings are fairly new and the comforter and shams were just recently replaced. Our cleaning team prides themselves on professionally and thoroughly preparing the home before guest's arrival. - We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to help. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

Needs renovation

The biggest issue of this apartment is the strong mold smell, very musty. Such a disturbing smell that it affected our sleep at night. Also, everything in the apartment is quite old, especially the bathroom utilities; kitchen cutlery rusty and not pleasant to use, towels had bed lingerie had a weird, unpleasant smell as well. You can totally tell that it's a place for renting, no soul put into its care. I would not recommend it.

After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- We take comments like this seriously and double-checked the home and didn't locate any signs of mold or musty odors, but we will continue to monitor.- The furniture and décor may not be new, but everything is kept clean and in good condition to ensure a comfortable stay.- All linens and towels are washed between every guest stay, and we’ll take a closer look at the kitchen supplies to replace anything that’s past its prime.- We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can make things right in real time—we’re sorry we didn’t get that chance.Thanks for letting me know about your stay!

Although the property is ~15 minutes from town, it’s a nice setting. This particular unit is OK. It doesn’t have a dining room table in the condo, you have to sit out on the balcony which has plastic windows. Too cold to sit out in the winter time. The access entrance to the attic is wide open, so the smell of insulation and stale air fills the balcony seating. A “no-no” in rentals is having shag carpeting/rug. Doesn’t get cleaned too good based on the debris seen. Check in time is 4:00 PM, not 3:00 PM as per website. There is no operable luggage cart available. Was advised by a resident that it’s been this way for quite some time. With the AC/Heat on at night, the PVC vertical blinds in the bedroom rustle when it runs. Caution with the lamps on the dresser, extremely wobbly.

Needs Work

This is my second stay at this particular property. I provided some feedback on the first day, but nothing has changed. The linens are Denji. I need to be replaced. Also and towels and washcloths have stains. When removing the pillowcases, the pillows actually have blood spots and severe stains. The ceiling fan on the lanai is extremely loud and difficult to hold a conversation with someone while sitting out there. The refrigerator light was burned out. A few of the outside hallway lights on the property, including the stairwell. Lights are also burned out. Extremely dark in the evening. And the maintenance man blows the outside hallway, the door doesn’t seal good on the bottom, and it blows dirt/dust/and even potato chips came under the door. With some simple maintenance and updating Lennon/towels, it could be a great place to stay.

No Wireless

Thankful we were there just for the weekend. Condo was great but we’re told we could snag from someone else’s wireless . Not and it’s not right. So owner needs to kick it up and pay for wireless….. My husband his Autopsy off his phone for 2 days !! Not cool! Other then that great weekend!

We loved the condo, very clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing I wish we had was a throw for the sofa that I could cuddle under. Loved the restaurant and little store close by.
