Fully furnished direct ocean front condo. Queen size pillow top bed and sleeper sofa futon that will accommodate 3 comfortably. This beautiful condo is equipped with a full size stainless steel kitchen that has everything you need to cook including pots and pans, dishes, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dish towels and soap. Washer/dryer in unit so no hauling your laundry to a laundry mat. Condo also equipped with a 44 inch Flat screen smart television. Why cram yourself into a hotel when you are steps from the ocean? Located downtown Cocoa Beach within walking distance to many local restaurants and entertainment. Check out our reviews, you will love this place.

Our stay here was wonderful, very clean, private end location. Easy beach access too. Watched the sunrises from the bed or the patio was priceless. Walking to all shopping and restaurants to meet our needs. Marcia took care of the only need that we had and very timely to do it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Getaway!
