During the busy season, items occasionally become damaged, misplaced, or removed before we have an opportunity to replace them. If you find anything missing during your stay, please reach out to us right away. As communicated in our guest information, we're happy to replace most commonly stocked items and can typically do so the same day. Thank you for your review. When you called about the door code, we gave you an override code that worked immediately while we were still on the phone. Our check-in paperwork also includes a backup option with access to a hard key for the front door located in the lockbox at the front door. Ants aren't a normal issue in this unit, but we happened to have spray on hand and the HOA's pest control company came out the following day. They've now done two spot sprays to take care of it. The toilet leak was a cracked line at the wall, and we had it repaired the morning after your call the evening before. Future guest, like any home, things occasionally come up. What we can control is how quickly we respond, and that's how we'd like to be judged. In each case here, we responded as fast as the situation allowed, either immediately or within 24 hours.

For future guests, we do provide essential supplies, including hand soap, a bottle of Dawn dish soap, dishwashing pods, and body wash in each bathroom. It looks like this may have been an oversight, as we recently transitioned to a new cleaning company, and we’re actively working to ensure everything is consistently stocked moving forward.
