This modernized Wilmington row home is situated in the bustling Cool Springs neighborhood, just a short distance from the restaurants, bars and eateries of Trolley Square, the Riverfront, downtown, the Wilmington bus and train stations, I-95 and other popular points.
Central A/C, WiFi, upgraded kitchen appliances and laundry area, just to name some of the property features. This property was fully renovated in 2023! On street parking, no off street parking available.
Walk up onto the porch and as you enter just through the front door you`ll find the open floor concept with the living room, kitchen and dining area. The powder room sits to the left on the first floor just before the kitchen. The laundry area is tucked away off to the left as you leave the living room area. The digital thermostat is simple to operate, to the left also just after the living room.
The kitchen has everything one could need to prepare food, cook and entertain in culinary style. Just beyond the kitchen, you`ll find the dining area with the kitchenette and bar seating. Straight out back is the backyard with the outdoor furniture to sit and chill, eat or otherwise.
Walk back in and go straight upstairs to find the three complete bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV for your enjoyment or a fun family movie night. The master bathroom is attached and meets all standards.
The second bedroom boasts of another queen sized bed and other furnishings while bedroom three has a bunk bed to expand the accommodations. A full sized bed is seated at the bottom with a twin on top.

You have full use of the interior and exterior of the property with the exception of the basement with digital door lock.

- No parties or functions should be held in the property, and please be mindful of your noise level to avoid disturbing the occupants of neighboring apartments. Quit hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. You can smoke far in the backyard, but please ensure you dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
- You must leave our properties in a clean and tidy condition.
- Please ensure that dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machines, toaster, kettles, etc. are clean and dry before storing them.
- We are dog-friendly, but we require information in order to approve or decline a stay request. Please inquire directly about pets.
- Do not rearrange the furnishings. If you see the need to rearrange the place, do seek approval and assistance.
- Visitors are allowed, however, you can only invite 3 people, and they are not permitted to stay beyond 10 pm or sleepover. If a visitor sleeps over for any reason, you will be charged an extra $30 per visitor/night as they will now be considered guests.
- If an accident occurs, please report the issue to us promptly.
- Locking the doors and windows anytime you leave the house is essential. Also, do turn off the taps and bulb when not in use.
- To prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks, or shower tray.

The townhouse was very nice. Nice remodel job. Beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was parking, all parallel street parking. Hard to find spots when we would come in each evening. Other then that we had a great stay.

DON’T DO IT! Our stay at Brendan’s property was unfortunately one of the most uncomfortable rental experiences we’ve had.Shortly after arrival, we encountered multiple cleanliness issues, including visible hair on a bathroom door, sticky residue on the kitchen table and cabinet handles, food particles on cabinet ledges, utensils with leftover food residue, and trash left behind a bedroom door. We communicated these concerns respectfully and provided photos.Later during the stay, a used condom was discovered under the living room coffee table. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with our children.When we brought these matters to the host’s attention, we were initially told a refund would be considered. However, the situation escalated when the host called and asked us to check out a day early. We packed and left while simultaneously on the phone with Vrbo support to document what was happening.After departing, we continued receiving calls and messages accusing us of scamming, despite having documented the issues during our stay. Additionally, the promised refund has not been honored. We have been respectful guests on short-term rental platforms for many years and value open, transparent communication. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the professionalism or cleanliness standards we expect when booking a family stay.Based on our stay and the way the situation was handled, we would NEVER recommend this property.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Parfois difficile de trouver un stationnement dans la rue, mais sinon le logement est bien situé. L’hôte a répondu à nos questions dans l’heure.
