Check-in and out processes were quick and easy, the place was clean when we arrived. We appreciated the cooking and baking supplies that were provided as it allowed us a little more flexibility with food options as well as allowing me personally to bake for my friends. The close location to downtown Gatlinburg was very convenient and made it an easier trip to get to some of the places we visited while there. For the most part, the host was very responsive, and was always very kind and gave helpful answers to any questions I had. All in all, I very much enjoyed staying here and would stay here again depending on how many of us are traveling again.

Spent 10 days with 4 adults and 4 kids ages 9 &10. We all loved the location, the house was large and roomy. Loved the top floor which had a set of bunk beds and a pull out couch. My grandkids also loved the pool table, foosball and large screen TV. It was their domain. The other 2 floors had large bedrooms and each their own bath, which was great. We saw a bear twice. Once in the back yard and once in the front yard. The hot tub was a welcome for all. Got used daily.Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and out was easy. I would recommend this house to anyone, especially those with children.
Bear that stayed in the back yard for about 30 minutes
Waterfall on a hike
Bear in front yard
View of the Smokies. Beautiful

Simply Serene indeed! What an awesome, amazing cabin. This place has everything you could need for a Smoky Mountain stay. There’s plenty of sleeping space, comfortable beds, a comfy couch, lots of TV’s, a full game room area, and of course a hot tub! The proximity to downtown Gatlinburg is very convenient as well. Without crazy traffic, 12-15 minutes to the McMahan parking garage right at the edge of town. The home is in very close proximity to the Food City off of the Parkway as well! Convenient for your grocery needs. The home really is well fitted & decorated. It’s a beautiful place and overall is probably our favorite cabin we’ve stayed in of all of our 6 trips to Gatlinburg. We will hopefully book this place for our next trip as well. Sean was great with communication! He’s a great host with a great home. Thank you again! Happy New Year.Side note - if you stay here and would like a great place to visit for food/beer/adult beverages - check out The Rampant Lion on Powdermill off of Glades Rd. It’s a close trip as well & Brian and his wife have a wonderful pub for you to visit.
