Awesome views and great communication

The views were awesome, and we especially enjoyed them when we were in the hot tub. The fire pit was one of my favorite amenities. We were so impressed by the size of the house. The living room with the large windows was my favorite room. The beds were very comfortable and we were supplied with plenty of bedding and towels. Everything was clean and everything worked properly. When we had a question, the owner was very prompt in answering. If we come back to San Diego, we would definitely want to stay there again. We enjoyed the convenient location.

San Diego Rugby Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Mt. Soledad Beach Paradise. We had a collective group from the East and Midwest to converge in San Diego for a rugby game. The house was very nice with all amenities expected. We utilized the pool and sauna to relax but the balcony and views were HHC best.

Loved the patio!

House has truly outstanding views from just about every window. The patio with fire pit and cozy cushioned furnishings perched above San Diego was particularly wonderful. We ate outside every night, watched the fireworks and enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. Beds comfortable. Kitchen equipped with all we needed to make some great meals together. Great location to explore San Diego. We did find the half bath lacks privacy as it is at the base of a very steep spiral staircase which is open to the main living area.

Wonderful weekend

Mark was a great host! The house was perfect for a girls wknd. Lots of nice space for seating. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas firepit. There is some aging on the house, but overall a wonderful stay! Beds were super comfy. Plenty of linens and towels were soft and fluffy!

Gorgeous place, amazing location and the best host

Our stay was amazing and if we ever come back, we’ll definitely stay at Marks beautiful home! Mark was so great at check-in and throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. If we txted for anything he responded right away and it was incredibly appreciated! The house is gorgeous, we paid extra for the heated pool, which we loved and the hot tub was awesome! Location was perfect and we’d absolutely all stay (there were 6 of us) there again! We now just need another excuse to go to SD! Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a great host and beautiful place!

Beautiful home overlooking San Diego w/ amazing manager

What a gorgeous property! The owner has done a fantastic job maintaining this property. The outdoor patio, pool and jacuzzi area are well furnished and beautiful. The property is just a short drive to about, everywhere-- Torrey Pines, Sea World, airport but at night it's a peaceful Mecca where you can grill up some steaks, turn on the fire pit, watch the ball game and enjoy the AMAZING views of San Diego and the bay. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Inside, plenty of updated and modern TVs for the whole family to enjoy. But, nothing was better than after a busy day enjoying San Diego's perfect weather than at night, taking a dip in the heated pool. The owner was fantastic to work with. He promptly responded to a couple questions we had and provided some great local advice for things in the area. Couldn't have had a better experience!!!!!!

Great stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house very much. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It is spacious, nicely decorated, and included everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the deck and the amazing views. Mark, the owner, was very responsive to all of our messages. Overall we highly recommend this place. The one thing I would add is that maybe this place is not ideal for families with toddlers, since the first few steps of the staircase have no guardrail.

Relaxing stay in San Diego

We really enjoyed our family getaway and Mark’s place was perfect- from relaxing at the pool, in the jacuzzi or sauna, or just watching movies it was the perfect spot. Also quick to get to the beach, farmers market and good eats! Mark was the perfect host, incredibly responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend!

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and the view of all the fireworks was great from the balcony. The house was in a great location and a short drive from the beach. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Our group of guys met up in San Diego for a long weekend and Mark's place was the perfect place to stay. Clean, plenty of room on the deck with views, and close to Pacific Beach.

Friends started calling me this years ago when Bret Michaels had his Tv show.
They nicknamed me because I was always wearing bandanas and I love 80's hair band music along with Rock n Roll.
I'm originally from Detroit suburbs. 10 Mile, not 8 Mile. Love all Detroit sports teams, Especially the Red Wings, Love 80's Hair band music and Rock n Roll.
My home represents my style. It is very unique and full of character. The home is warm, cozy, inviting and most of all relaxing. A great place to spend with family and friends.
Its my goal to make all my guests feel comfortable and relaxed when on their vacation. I want you to not only love my home but enjoy the great quiet neighborhood and the surrounding areas of Pacific Beach, LaJolla, Little Italy and Downtown Gaslamp
I consider myself an exceptional host. I am very easy to communicate with, quick to get ahold of and I will do everything I can to make your stay relaxing , enjoyable and one not to forget.

I picked San Diego for the amazing weather. I was lucky enough years ago to find this absolute Gem of a home. An incredible unique beach home with amazing views.
Being Located West of I-5 and near the beach was a Must!!
Up on MT. Soledad was exactly what I was looking for. Its only 1 mile up from the craziness in Pacific Beach but you're close enough that you feel you are right at the beach. Close to the beaches yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Just minutes to LaJolla, Little Italy, Downtown and Del Mar and Only 10 minutes to Airport .
Just the perfect location in San Diego. Sea World Fireworks, absolutely beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Outdoor decks and amenities are perfect for straight Lampin! This is truly an amazing property and I am very blessed to have been able to live here for the past 20 years.
