Located in the Golden Zone, the most beautiful area in Bucerias town. The building is located on the main street where you can find multiple restaurants, art galleries, surf rentals, tours agencies, groceries stores, handicraft markets, laundry, cafes. A Taxi station is located right outside the bulding, so moving to other beaches or towns in the banderas bay is very easy.

Recently renovated. The apartment has: Master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. Second bedroom with two single beds and 1 studio with a full bed; these two spaces share a full bathroom. Full Kitchen with utensils, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Dining room, living room, balcony with gorgeous ocean view.

Host very welcome/ Condo very clean and comfortable- - only negative - only 1 dish towel- maybe a few more and more hand towels for bathrooms- - otherwise we were very Happy and will be booking again for next Xmas into New Year - will be in touch ne t year

Ideal location, beautiful views, walk to everything, pics are just as shown. We’d definitely stay here again! Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage.

Fun on the beach!

Excellent location right on the beach. One of the best restaurants is on the same property, Karen’s. Gated and secure, tho bucerias is safe and people very friendly. Street side has everything you need; pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants, market only 10 min walk. Condo is very comfortable with everything you need. Great kitchen, balcony facing the ocean, air conditioning, lots of room!

Quaint condo

Super quaint condo and complex with Karen’s Place in your backyard. Very comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of living area and well appointed. Great balcony with pool snd ocean views. Small kitchen but well stocked with all you need. Great location with a friendly place to get groceries just up the street and to the right, comfortable furniture in great condition. Nice to have some english cable channels when you need a break from the sun. Pool area very nice and clean and home to a couple of iguanas. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope we can stay again. Thank you!!!!

Just as Advertised

We stayed 15 nights. This property is in a great location and the views from the condo are beautiful. The unit is spacious and meets needs. The grounds and pool are well maintained as is the beach/palapa area that is private for condo residents. It’s nice that there is an elevator in the building for hauling groceries and wine :) or if someone has mobility issues. There are no laundry facilities in the complex however there is a laundry right across the street and they provide excellent service and are reasonably priced. The staff in the complex are all so friendly and helpful, particularly Mario.Kurt was very pleasant and easy to work with… thanks Kurt. We would certainly rent here again.

Bucerias holiday

Location was great! Beautiful view of ocean! The beach is beautiful There is maintenance staff cleaning the pool and the yard everyday. Inside condo the closet, bedroom and bathroom doors are so dirty. The towels for showering look like rags and if we wanted clean towels had to get the maid to get us clean towels from a cabinet that is locked. The food drainer to drain your food is sooo dirty and the bathrooms are so small only one person at a time and the main bathroom toilet seat is to small for the toilet. All of the kitchen utensils and pots and pans are very cheap quality and the supplies in the kitchen are very minimal. Our friends stayed in another unit same building and we borrowed stuff from their place. Lots of beds to sleep in which was great but I slept in the single bed and my husband slept in the double bed cause we couldn’t fit comfortably in the one bed cause he is 6’1. Our friends got the master room and that bed is queen. TV channels only Spanish but has Wifi and that worked great. If you don’t mind a little dirt and Eat out while there it’s a great place to lay your head at night and listen to the ocean. We slept with the patio doors open.

Hello Sandra: Thanks for your review, I’m sorry to hear you were not comfortable with your stay. If you had contacted me I would have love to help to make your stay better. I apologise you were not happy with the towels, as this is an apartment for rent, and to be friendly with the environment, towels are not change every day, but if a guest request fresh towels, the maid is more than happy to provide them. I’m surprised about the kitchen utensils; the apartment was fully renovated in November and all utensils are brand new. If you could let me know what supplies you feel are needed and are not there, I’ll appreciate it so I can improve this. About the bed in the master bedroom I have to differ, I can guarantee is a King bed as it can be seen on picture number 18. I bought the sheets myself and the place has 1 King, 2 full and 1 single bed. The apartment has TV cable with most of the channels being from the US in English. Probably previous guest change the set up to Spanish sound and no subtitles. Once again I apologise you were not completely happy with your stay. Thanks for your comments as these helps to improve the place after every guest. Regards, Kurt.

Fabulous stay

Of the three locations we have stayed in Bucerías this one is the best! We were three adults and had plenty of room. The view is remarkable looking out at the ocean. The only thing I missed was being able to see the sun rise and sun set from the balcony. The apartment is just as stated. Front desk staff are helpful when you need something (I asked fo extra garbage bags and toilet paper). The location was my favorite part. 10 min walk down the beach to the town center and market. 10 min walk in the street to the grocery store and bank machine. Taxi stand right outside for a lift anywhere and Karen’s Place our front for one of the great places to get good food really close by. We tried lots of the local food places! All great and within walking distance. Can’t say enough good things about the place. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

An Amazing Holiday in Bucerias

Right from the start our host was welcoming, informative and friendly. We spoke quite a few times prior to and during our holiday and each time Kurt got back to us quickly and with a great assortment of suggestions. The actual location of Costa Dorado is perfect. Our flat was lovely, each room well appointed...,the kitchen was great and access to a communal BBQ and pool were appreciated. We met so many new friends both owners and renters that we are hoping to buy the unit next door! We would recommend Kurts place to anyone wanting to be in the midst of the bustling golden zone for fine food, dancing, festivals and action and who want to relax in quiet paradise..this place has it all!! THANK YOU KURT! -we hope soon to neighbours too and thank you for the lovely kind welcome gift! Alli and John
