Enjoy the convenience of amenities like boat dock and boat access, AC, heating, fireplaces, a private Casita off off courtyard entrance, pool and jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ built-in BBQ with poolside dining, large kitchen, four separate dining areas, large family room with sectional couch, beautiful living room area at entrance, large Master Bedroom with luxurious master bath, walk in closet, TVs in every room, all in a gated secured neighborhood. The 3.5 bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers and towels. This is a great alternative to a golf course home as it is on the lakefront with a private dock and an electric pontoon boat! Enjoy happy hour boat rides after a long day of golf or tennis. BBQ looking at the beautiful sunset mountain views. Large kitchen. Separate Casita has small kitchenette area with sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes and supplies throughout. Good AC with ceiling fans throughout home, Enjoy the pretty orange and pink sunrises from the Master Bedroom looking out over the Lake!!!
