Sunset Hills Condominium Community is nestled on the side of a mountain facing the ocean. The oxygen rich environment produces lush greenery, exotic fruits and is very refreshing. Playa Del COCO is know for its element rich sand, rejuvenating ocean water and fresh air. This valley is filled with vitamin and mineral rich fruits and vegetables that are easily obtained at the markets. It is a luxurious private gated community with security. This is a relaxed atmosphere neighborhood with multiple full time residents. You can fully relax in our community during your stay. We are located close town that has many attractions, beach front cafes, restaurants, bars, a local shopping courtyard. We can help arrange Private Fishing Tours, Explore the coastline boating tours and more. We are close to LIR Liberia Airport, the ocean and Mountain top hot springs and so multiple other destinations. Our staff will be happy to help you directly with any questions or guidance. Guests have access to the entire community. This includes multiple walking paths, lounging stations with loungers, six pools with jacuzzis and showers, private water well with the drinkable water and their personal two level home with patios . Your condo has two separate rooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a large spacious living room and kitchen. This condo comes with three patios on all floors where you can relax, eat, read or just enjoy the view and fresh air.
The apartment includes four beds:
- Master bedroom: queen size bed.
- Second bedroom: two twin size beds.
- First floor (living room): sofa bed twin size.
Guests have close access and a path for walking to town, the beach and supermarkets. If you do have a personal vehicle we also provide a private parking spot with security.
If you have booking for a long term in any season ,WEEKLY cleaning of the apartment for FREE.
The Sunset Hills condominiums are located in a private gated residential complex called "Las Palmas". It's beautiful, clean, safe and a well maintained multi unit community. Enjoy the excellent coastal view as well as all the ocean benefits. We are know for our excellent fishing Take a private fishing excursion or purchase fresh ocean fish at the market. We are a ten minute drive away from tennis courts and 20min to the Golf courses, which you can use during your stay. In town we have banks with ATMs, large supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, discos, casinos, night clubs, hospitals, pharmacies and everything you need for comfortable living. We are always ready to help you and give you personal local advise.
PLEASE NOTE! Dear guests! Our condo is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We provide Kitchen Utensils, furniture , cutlery, bed linen, towels, personal hygiene products , cleaning products etc. We purchase what is available locally and make sure our products meet all requirements and quality standards of Costa Rica. We hope you understand that we try to provide the best quality, but standards in Costa Rica may differ from the country where you live. We ask that you please understand this difference and take it into your account when you write the review. You are welcome to bring your personal hygiene items and dietary items which you are accustomed too. Thank you for understanding! We welcome you too Costa Rica and want you too enjoy your time here!
For an additional fee we can:
- Arrange pickup at LIR airport.
- We can go grocery/ beverage shopping to fill your fridge for your arrival.
- Assist Golf Cart, Jet Ski and other sports equipment rentals.

We live onsite and here so that you have a pleasant experience. We want you to enjoy your stay and are here to assist you with your vacation, peace retreat or long term rental. We are well connected in the community and know multiple medical and dental facilities for medical tourism.
We very carefully monitor the condition of electrical appliances and equipment in our apartments. This is especially true for A/C and fans in hot climate; revision, cleaning, professional maintenance, etc. is carried out weekly. Unfortunately, local providers do not always provide detailed operating instructions for some electrical appliances and upon check-in we always ask our guests to immediately report any difficulties in use to avoid inconvenience. We are always in touch and happy to help our guests at any time of the day.
Pool number 5 is adults only (16+).
