This beautiful house which has been completely remodeled in 2013, offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and therefore it will give you enough space to settle down and relax, while enjoying the beautiful weather in the Sunshine State. The bright living and dining area lead to the terrace which offers a sensational panoramic view over the wide intersecting canal. Spend your days at the pool with spa or have a short ride to the Cape Coral Beach which is only a few minutes away.

The Bimini vacation home is fully equipped with toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and a dishwasher. Linens, towels, washer and dryer are for your convenience. The 3 bedrooms consist of 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. The living room and all bedrooms offer you a flat screen TV and high speed internet. Further highlights include a grill, billiard table, bicycles, beach lounges, and kayaks.

Located in the desirable South of Cape Coral with restaurants and shopping facilities close-by, this house will make your holiday the perfect vacation. Choose to have some cocktails Downtown in Fort Myers or at Fort Myers Beach, with its several miles of coastline and sand beaches. Especially recommended is the exploration of the surrounding islands, like Sanibel and Captiva, which are easily reachable by car, or - accompanied by dolphins - by boat. Enjoy the pure nature or visit one of the fun parks or sport facilities (marvelous golf courses).

The home and location were beautiful and peaceful. I was a bit disappointed that the hot tub never worked but we still had a wonderful vacation

Serenity, beautiful and relaxing.

This was our third rental property in three years while vacationing in Florida. We will definitely go back to this home. We saw dolphins in the canal right at our dock. The lanai was big with plenty of furniture for guests. The pool was awesome. Nice size compared to other places. The pool lady was nice and very helpful to us. The remote to the sauna was broke and she called the property manager right away. The house was plenty big and loved the pool table for entertainment. All appliances worked and had plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen for food and paper products plus another refrigerator in the garage. There were plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. Beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom had a NICE walk in closet with plenty of hangers. The property managerr was very helpful in answering any of our questions from the time we booked until we left. The only thing we didn’t like was it took a few minutes for the water in the master bathroom to get hot. It was no big deal but we did tell the property manager about it. Overall, we really liked everything about it and as I said, we will definitely be going back. We had an awesome vacation, nice home and perfect weather.
