It was a great weekend! Property was clean and easy/close to campus. We were visiting our son at University of Arkansas. There was plenty of room to visit and we were very comfortable. I really appreciated the communication with our host. We will be back!

I really liked this property! First of all, the host is A-#1!! The host communicated with us promptly, either by text or phone! It was nice having instant response. The neighborhood is quiet, and this place sits on a corner with a lot of big windows to enjoy the view. Guests have their own parking right out the back door. (Street parking is available as well)Most of the utensils are provided in the kitchen. Spice essentials were aplenty. We even asked if the place already had a waffle iron. The host said," I'll make sure one is there." Wow!The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom (2nd floor) has great window views as well. Bathrooms are well-stocked with tissue, soap, shampoo, towels etc.Overall, a great place! I will stay here again!

Just as advertised, perfect for our special weekend celebrating our Uark graduation. Location is ideal for campus access, Walmart, and going out. Quiet at night. Beds were very comfy! Wish we would have found this place sooner!
