This property is located on the edge of the city of Fayetteville, this home is close to many NWA attractions. The Tranqui Sport is a dream home away from home to relax and unwind, it only takes a short drive to get there and experience many NWA attractions, fantastic restaurants as well as enjoy the beautiful scenery that the natural state of Arkansas has to offer. The Tranqui Sport features 2 bedrooms, which include 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, guests will have plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials for a nice shower, and the kitchen includes everything you need for a full meal/dinner for family and friends staying. Relax and enjoy all that Fayetteville and our fabulous apartment has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. It’s about a 20 min. drive from UArk campus which was not bad. We would stay here again. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times were great. It is close enough to the University which is why we go to visit our son but it is “in the country” so very nice and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean. Would definitely stay again if it’s available.

Nice and clean apartment. While not far from town it is a windy drive in the country to get there. Watch out for deer at night. Other than that a nice place to stay.

Great Garage Apartment

We stayed here to attend Parents Weekend at the University. It’s nice and quiet and private. It’s the perfect size for 3 of us and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a family wedding which meant pre prep and stressOur hosts were very accommodating when we required a clothing rod and hangers. We were able to do laundry and food preparation and had the space we are used toThank you to our hostsIt might be a bit rural for some but otherwise a very nice stay

Okay but will not stay here again

Host was accommodating with circumstances as power was lost for 36 hrs due to tornados in surrounding area. We were moved to another rental. First location had very little cooking dishes, no oven (only countertop small convection oven). Amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, and laundry soap) were scarce and had to ask for extra. i’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO And never never had to ask for extra amenities. They were already supplied.Second location, the shower curtain was too short and when you took a shower water was all over the floor. You thought the shower curtain more than you were able to take a shower, not impressed. Beds were uncomfortable but got us through two nights.
