As a guest at Hyve, you'll have exclusive access to a range of building amenities designed to elevate your stay. Dive into the refreshing building-exclusive pool on a hot summer day, stay on top of your fitness routine in the state-of-the-art gym, or gather with friends and family for a delicious BBQ using the building's community grills. Challenge your companions to a friendly game of outdoor ping pong, unwind in the inviting lounge areas around the firpit on cooler winter nights, or take your experience to new heights at the rooftop escapes offering panoramic views of the city.

Please Note: The pool is open seasonally typically between the early spring months - the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.

Luggage Holding Service:
There is a complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. **Subject to Availability**

The luggage holding service is available Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.

Parking:
Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, ample first-come, first-serve street parking is available.

CHECK-OUT TIME Please check out by 10 am so we have sufficient time to prepare the property for the next guests. In addition, we would appreciate it if you could inform us when you depart
BED LINENS & TOWELS Please leave all bed linens on the bed for our cleaning crews. In addition, please place the used towels on the floor in front of the in-unit laundry.
WINDOWS, DOORS, LIGHTS & THERMOSTATS When you leave, please ensure all windows and doors are closed and securely locked. In addition, please turn off the lights and adjust the thermostat to 70 degree.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Suite was great - lots of room for the 4 of us. Christina was very easy to communicate with. Only took about 15mins to walk to Broadway and weather was perfect so it worked out. The only place we had to uber to was the airport and the Oprey. Everything else was all close together.
