Clean condo with a beautiful pool and a great location close to Broadway. The host was very responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - walking distance to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, etc. A very cozy place with everything you need to have an amazing stay in Nashville .

Beautiful, cozy, clean, and very safe place to stay. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, which made the space feel bright and welcoming. The location is excellent, very close to downtown and all the main attractions. The outdoor pool and lounge chairs were a great bonus for enjoying the nice weather.A few minor things could be improved. There were limited instructions regarding the access codes for the main lobby and elevator, and no one was in the lobby to greet us or provide guidance. While picking up the fob was easy, clearer instructions (and photos) showing what the KeyCafe looks like and which of the two KeyCafe kiosks to use would have been helpful. I wasn’t initially sure if Wi-Fi was included, although it is listed as being provided, this could be made clearer.There is also an option for parking, though we didn’t need it.Overall, an excellent stay and I would highly definitely recommend it.

The place was awesome. The host was absolutely terrible. Gave us the wrong garage code after we had to pay 90 to park. Didn’t give us any instructions on how to get the key for the apartment either. Then while we were out in the cold for over an hour the host would not answer any calls or texts. One of the worst experiences i ever had. The host didn’t even apologize until i asked for them too. The host tried to argue with me about the instructions they gave me when they clearly did not tell us what to do in the instructions. The fact you let this person host blows my mind.
