4BR/3BA single family home (sleeps 12) in the Keystone Ski Area (walk or shuttle to the lifts). New construction--furnished August, 2025. Located on a hillside overlooking the Continental Divide and the ski runs on Keystone Mountain (day & night view). Open living room/dining/kitchen concept with high vaulted ceiling and windows on 3 walls (abundant natural light). Well-equipped gourmet kitchen with new appliances and plentiful cooking supplies. In-floor radiant heat. Total of 4 flat screen TV's. Oversize heated 2-car garage with lots of extra storage space (and EV charging port). Parking for 4 cars (2 in garage + 2 in driveway) . Private 7-person hot tub (with ski run views) outside on main deck. Total of 3 decks. Washer/dryer included.

Wonderful property… new… clean… huge garage with plenty of SUV space… comfortable beds… ample room for six adults and two kids… just a two minute drive to Buffalo Lodge, free parking and ski central… the kids say “thanks for the bunk beds”

The place was great for 2 couples and several adult choldren. Well stocked with plenty of paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. for our long weekend. It was clean, hot tub was clean and hot. Easy to communicate--when i left something behind they grabbed it and had it waiting at the office for me. I would rent again!

The host was welcoming and helpful with questions. The space fit our group of 8 nicely and the distance to the lifts/gondola was excellent. Shuttles, driving, or walking to the slopes are all valid options. While there was enough seating for our group, a sectional in the living room would be much more inviting. All in all, very pleased with our stay and would come again.

This was the first time my 7 friends and I went skiing in Colorado, and this place did not disappoint. The common areas were spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable, and there were enough appliances and cookware to make cooking dinner at home every night a breeze. The walk to the Keystone shuttle is truly only 3–5 minutes. We would love to come back if given the chance!

The house is beautiful and clean. We felt very comfortable staying here and would definitely book again. However, I don’t believe the house is equipped for 12 guests unless 5 are children but 9 adults was too many. Not enough beds and there are only mirrors in the bathroom so woman can’t put makeup on or do their hair unless in the bathroom and with only 3 bathrooms that proves to be difficult getting everyone ready on time. But now knowing the layout we would return just with less people.

We enjoyed the hot tub! The location was fantastic and convenient. Super nice kitchen and big dining table.We will note 1. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable to lounge on. And there’s room for 12 to stay, but not maybe sit in the living area. 2. It said the kitchen was well equipped, but it’s equipped with the bare essentials. And the crock pot leaks. 3. The heating and air system did not keep up very well. We would set it, but then it would not go to that temperature. It almost seemed like it said it was on, but wasn’t running.
