Great Family home conveniently located in the heart of Summit County. The house is just minutes from world class skiing (Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek), shopping and entertainment.

5-bedroom, 3-bath with game room, 6-person hot tub and gas grill on deck, and a two car attached garage. Ample space for additional cars/trailers in large driveway. Sleeps 12 in beds without intruding on living space. Washer and dryer in mud room and second dryer in the garage, and ski boot/glove dryer. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet. Three HD/Roku TVs (living room, game room, master bedroom) allow for streaming. A major main floor (kitchen, dining, and living room) remodel/update was completed in April 2022. The house sits on a corner lot with a view of Buffalo Mountain. You'll love it!

Spacious house. Excellent kitchen that was well stocked. Kids loved the foosball table and air hockey. Hot tub was nice and hot. Garage is spacious for two cars. Very quick 9 min drive to keystone ski resort. Little things to improve- needed pillow cases for basement pillows, not enough TP and trash bags, wish there was a portable griddle to make pancakes. Overall excellent stay and we would def use this rental again!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful property. It was a great layout and size for our two families (4 adults and 5 kids). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook in, and the amenities like the hot tub and game room were a nice treat. Also very prompt and thorough communications from the property owners. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The house was just what we needed for our two families to enjoy skiing. The main floor/kitchen worked out perfect for adults visiting while the kids played air hockey downstairs. We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot in the mountains

Had an absolute blast at Joe’s beautiful home. Quiet, serene, and beautiful views all around. It was in a perfect central location for Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, and Breckinridge. Everything was there that we needed to make us comfortable and communications were quick and detailed. Had no issues and would definitely stay again.

Great Family Christmas Vacation

We had a large family stay here. The location is great. Had plenty of space for our family. The three story nature of the home made it easy for all of us to hang but still be able to separate kids from adults at times. The hot tub was great. Excellent communication. Would love to come back.

Our home is owned by my spouse (Tina), her mother (Wanda) and two of my spouse's sisters. The home has been a family meeting place for many years and everyone enjoys the mountain views and skiing in particular.

Tina and I have managed the home ever since it was listed with VRBO in 2008. We enjoy sharing the home with others who are drawn to the mountains and all of the outdoor activities available there.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!!!!!

The home is only two miles away from the nearest chair lift (Keystone) and a very short drive to Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge ski areas. Copper Mountain is just 15 minutes away and Vail/Beaver Creek is a 30 minute drive on I-70.

While it is not ski in / ski out, the house is centrally located making access to skiing, hiking, boating, golfing, biking, etc.... only minutes away.

What makes this property unique

The view of Buffalo Mountain from the deck and hot tub are fantastic. If you're lucky you'll be there when the sun sets giving you the view like the picture on this website. It looks even better in person!

The home is spacious and comfortable as well as well insulated and warm. We've been in the mountains when it was -25 below with 90 MPH winds and watched the weather from a very comfy living room picture window.

Finally, the home is very conveniently located to allow for access to several different ski resorts. This isn't the place for people that are looking for ski in/ski out, but if you don't mind driving 5-10 minutes to ski, you can have your pick of several world class ski areas.
