The pool was enjoyable! The fact we could bring our two small dogs was a huge bonus. The house was clean. There were a few things broken on the property (ice maker, and outdoor furniture) but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay.

Appreciate the soap, toilet paper, and paper towels that were provided. The beds were comfortable, the house & pool were both very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe, very friendly neighbors. Other than that, this property is poorly managed. Grilling utensils were lacking & both propane tanks were completely empty when we arrived. NO swim towels at all, and only 1 bath towel for each person was provided. The majority of the patio furniture was broken or had duct tape; no lights in pool or lanai- no assistance for that when requested - changed outside fan light myself, still unsure if light in pool is functional. No working lights in the laundry room. The living room “TV” appears to actually be a monitor, with horrible sound and picture. I hate leaving less than 5 star reviews, but this place had too many issues.

Very quiet neighborhood.Although there is room for improvement. We needed to bring our own pool supplies and spare propane tank for the barbecue grill that was listed for guests to use, to me these items should be supplied. The pool was very clean and relaxing, the only thing that I didn't like about it was that it was hard for me to get into the pool since there's no handlebar to hold on to while stepping into the pool. Toaster did not work ( grrr ), the master bathroom shower I have to say was exceptional but like for older people there were no grab bars. The ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator didn't work. I loved that it is pet friendly although the yard is not fenced in you must have your pets on a leash while taking them out to do their business. As far as for the host I would like for them to put some kind of signage for parents and adults to watch kids around the pool being how there is no pool gate or door alarm letting someone know that the pool door is being OPEN. Otherwise Yes we would definitely be back. Thank You Myra
