The home belongs to Steve & Maya, who are away on a university fellowship for 10 months. Stephanie, your co-host and neighbor, is here to ensure a smooth stay.

- No parties or large gatherings.
- Only registered guests are allowed at the property.

- Weekly lawn and pool service is provided and requires access to the backyard during daytime hours.
- No smoking is permitted inside the home or on the Property at any time.
For Stays of 30+ Days:
- Guests will be asked to complete our secure Guest Portal after booking, which includes ID verification, a rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit.
- Utilities are included up to normal use (around $500/month), with a cap of $575/month. Any excess will be billed separately.
- A professional cleaning is required every 30 days for extended stays.
