Gourmet kitchen W/ granite countertop space and breakfast nook. Split plan with privacy in mind for master bedroom & decorated to make our guests feel home away from home in the lovely Sunterra Community a 3.5-acre Crystal Blue Lagoon coming soon. No parties No smoking or Vaping allowed inside.

Four bedrooms & two full bathrooms, built in 2023 and furnished with our guests in mind, two car garage and a spacious backyard with a grill for your family BBQ and fully fenced for your kids to play safely. Designated smoking area in the front, no smoking or vaping inside the house, large work space.
