La terrasse de la piscine est de premier ordre dans le confort et le luxe. Il est entouré de palmiers tropiques qui vous garderont enveloppés d'une belle brise fraîche. Complet avec une pataugeoire pour enfants, deux bains à remous et une piscine chauffée à entrée nulle de 2 500 pi2; tout en surplombant le golfe!
Notre condo est une unité de luxe 1 chambre avec lits de banque confortables pour un maximum de 6 personnes. Le 7ème étage hautement souhaitable offre une vue panoramique grand angle incroyable sur le golfe. Vous pouvez voir le soleil se lever sur le golfe sur votre gauche et se coucher dans le golfe d'émeraude.
Condo plein d'améliorations, y compris les comptoirs de cuisine en granit, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière pleine grandeur, laveuse et sécheuse. En plus du grand lit queen dans la chambre, unité équipée du canapé-lit queen dans la salle familiale et de lits superposés pour les enfants et les adolescents.
Condo entièrement meublé avec tous les plats, draps, serviettes de bain, etc. pour vos vacances confortables.
Deux téléviseurs intelligents avec DVD avec câble et wi-fi dans l'unité vous permettraient de vous divertir ou de terminer une tâche de travail si vraiment nécessaire.
À l'heure du déjeuner, vous pouvez choisir de sortir sur le pont sur la promenade et d'essayer un sandwich frais au mérou de Under the Boardwalk Bar & Grill ou de prendre un cornet de crème glacée au Corner Market. Plus tard dans la nuit, promenez-vous sur la promenade et arrêtez-vous à The Rusty Anchor, commandez une bière et profitez de regarder votre équipe préférée dans notre bar sportif au bord de la piscine.
Il y a un terrain de golf juste en face de la propriété. Un grand nombre de restaurants et de bars, y compris le célèbre Pineapple Willy à distance de marche.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The other reviews are accurate in compared to other units in this same location, it could use some updating, but it was clean and worth the stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

The Location and View was Perfect!

The condo itself needed more kitchen supplies. It was hard to cook when it seemed there was only one or two smaller pots, no pot holders, or additional cookware. The wifi worked great, the view from the condo was great, we really liked the resort just felt there could have been some updates to the condo to make it more comfortable during a week long stay.

Family vacation

This property was in the perfect location. Beautiful view right on the beach, large pool, two hot tubs, and a kiddie splash pad.This area was quiet and family friendly. Has two eating locations on site and live music.The only problem was the constant running toilet and sink, and the mold in the shower. Not many cooking supplies or amenities such as toilet paper or paper towels. We definitely would stay again.

We were right on the beach! We loved the view and the place was family friendly.

We would definitely revisit. The only suggestion we would make is to get a better mattress.

Great condo

Pros- Great condo. Bed was very comfortable. Great communication with property owner. On the quiet end of PCB so traffic not terrible. Cons- a little dated, strict pool rules (had to have armbands, even children, could not have any drinks in the pool nor sitting on the side of the pool). We would definitely stay in this condo again!

As far as pool, I believe that Boardwalk has one of the best securities in PCB. While it might look strict it offers comfort for all. We had issues in other resorts when food and worse would get into the water and pool would have to be closed for extended time. Boardwalk security regularly makes rounds around property to maintain order. Thank you again and please visit us again.

An amazing experience

Everything was pretty good, but you have to look out if everything works since the restroom sink and fridge didn’t work when we arrived. But overall the experience was pretty great.

Great Experience

Condo was right on the water. Terrific view of the ocean and overlooks the pool/bar area too. Made for fun nights listening to the band play. Easily accessible from the elevator which made unloading luggage super easy.

Micheal was available and prompt on answering questions. The downfall was the unit was not clean on arrival at the time check in was stated. The location was great and the view was beautiful

I am very sorry about the issue. Cleaning crew had a flooding in another unit they cleaned first and were late with completing the cleaning of my unit. I sincerely apologize for the issue.

The condo was a little outdated defiantly needs some upgrades. When we arrived the condo was still dirty and we called the owner who had the cleaning crew come back. The girl that came was very professional however when her boss wanted to speak to me about the condo she was very rude!!! Things that were not clean were the floor, the bathroom, which has black mold everywhere, bedroom, fridge, the balcony, the balcony window had fingerprints all over it, the balcony curtains were ripped like something someone took a knife to them and dirty towels were still in the washing machine. When you come to a condo you expect luxury and this room was not it. The boardwalk property itself was great!!! We will def be going back just to a different room. I spoke with the owner about the issues and he said he would be checking on them so hopefully he will make the necessary upgrades.

Great location

Love the location and Boardwalk but condo really needs updates, good scrubbing in bathroom, and paint. Overall, kitchen was equipped and had everything needed. View was amazing. Condo could really use better pillows as they were stiff and fix the bathroom sink which was clogged. Also noticed smoke alarm was taken off wall and not replaced which could be a hazard. Will return to the boardwalk but book different unit next time.

The condo is very good, beach with clear water and a nice size pool!

We stayed a week in PCB and was very good. The kids enjoyed beach and pool. The unit was clean and had everything we need. It's not 5 stars just because the top bunk bed doesn't have a little rail ( I couldn't let my kids sleep there because I was afraid they would fall). The internet is very slow and didn't work for few days. The owner returns every single question very quick.

Incredibly outdated and uncomfortable

We unfortunately found our stay at this condo very uncomfortable. The condo is so outdated to the point where you almost don't want to touch things because they seem filthy. The place was also not properly clean when we arrived. I did let the owner know and he said the cleaners would have come back to clean, but my expectations are to arrive at a clean condo. My kids feet were black immediately after walking around and the shower/tub was gross. We also had to pay for extra pool wrist bands when we arrived even though our reservation was for 4 people. I have never had to do that when staying at any other condos on this property. The tv in the living room almost never worked, the bathroom sink drips and the toilet constantly is running. The only good thing I can say about this condo is that the owner responds quickly and has good communication. I just wish that level of attentiveness could go into the quality of the condo.

This was a nice condo but needs some things. The refrigerator was old and made no ice. There were 2 ice trays. In today's world, people expect to have ice at this price. We did manage just fine and enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We would know to bring a bag of ice.

Karen, thank you so much for your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed about the refrigerator. I had so many issues with ice makers in my condos: they brake and they leak. When this happening at home it is not a big deal. Many condos now installing water shutdown system - you have small water on the floor - your water automatically shuts down. So I have disabled ice-makers and provided ice trays. Although my fridge is old it works very well. I am on the stand buy to replace it though. It is hard to through thing that works well. I am happy that with the exception of ice-maker you had a great time and thank you very much for staying with me and planning to do it again. Michael

Dirty / Outdated

The Condo looked as if it had not been clean. Potato Chips on the floor in the bedroom, Sheets in the linen closet were dirty and all bawled up. Bath tub had mold. I could would not recommend this unit to any one..

Love Boardwalk but NOT this condo

Communication was great but they do NOT clean this condo. By far the worst condo we have stayed in. They only cover 2 armbands no matter how many are listed on the reservation and you have to go to security to get armbands and parking passes. Typically our experience is great and everything is left in the clean condo upon check in. That is NOT the case with this owner. He also owns 1107 FYI. I wish I could attach pictures of the mold in the bathroom and the stopped up sinks!!!!!

Nice location

The property was gorgeous and convenient to locations we visited. The condo needs a cosmetic over haul. The bed in the master had a loud headboard that moved when you moved in the bed. The bath tub had spots of mold that needed to be cleaned. The inside of the fridge was clean the outside has been painted over with appliance paint. The door for the return air was dusty. One balcony chair was cracked and hurt if you sat on it. I feel it was okay but the cost to rent is high and it needs updated furniture. The sofa bed mattress was thin and gross.

Property in need of renovation

Needs renovation and repair. Legs on chairs about to fall off. Paint on bunkbeds warn off. Couches out of a 70s basement warn and in need of cleaning by profesional towel rack about to fall off wall cabinets water damage by the floor and missing a door. Appliances rusted and look like garage sale finds. Missing 2 smoke detectors not sure of PC fire code but sure dosnt meet it. Fan in the bath room just nasty. Thats just a few things but definitely not all. The Boardwalk its self is awonderful Building and Facility. Hate they have owners like the one we rented from
