Newly remodeled! 2nd floor beach condo right across the street and few steps away to beach access point 72.Enjoy the family-friendly unit located centrally in West End of Panama City Beach.


Other things to note
Like most properties in PCB, we provide a starter pack of amenities (shampoo/conditioner, soap, dish and laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags). This is usually enough for the first 1-2 days. If your stay is longer you will want to bring your own as we are not able to replenish throughout your stay. Also to note we have outside camera present also on porch for safety and pointing to porch and front door

Great trip! Quick walk to beach! Clean! Pool was clean! Very safe area! Need few more ice trays or an ice maker! Bed was very comfortable! We had no issues :)

Stay was awesome super relaxing, everything is near by, condo is literally across the road, pool is right in front of the condo. Booking was easy and host responded fast. Place was super cozy. Definitely would stay again.

Visit was soooo good! We arrived in Florida early and messaged our host to see if we could check in a little bit early. Our host responded very quick and checked with the cleaning people and as soon as they gave our host the clear he let us go in early. Place was super clean and our host was amazing! Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location with easy access, and an excellent value for the money. The host was communicative, responsive, and made the stay smooth.The twin bed in the hallway was very firm and not particularly comfortable. Overall, the place was clean, although we did notice some hair in the bathroom. There was also sand throughout the home, which is fairly understandable for a beach property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and value.

The bed in the bedroom is very high off the floor. Very difficult to get up in the bed when you’re a short senior like me!

Great stay

Condo was directly across from the pool which was great! Another great quality was our stay was very peaceful. No noise no parking lot traffic. Would stay again!

Beautiful clean place just a short walk from the beach! Very easy and prompt communication with property manager. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the kitchen didn’t have things like cutting boards, dish soap, or more than 2 mugs which made cooking for 5 people a little creative.

This condo was in a good, quiet location. Everything was clean upon arrival. The host was easy to reach and gave clear instructions for things like wifi and the check out rules. I would definitely stay here again!
