Weggestopt aan de oceaanzijde van Bayside Drive ligt deze prachtige achterunit met 3 slaapkamers op een steenworp afstand van het zand. Deze accommodatie ligt in het centrum van de wijk Corona Del Mar in Newport Beach, Californië. De locatie stelt de gasten in staat om gemakkelijk naar supermarkten, geweldige restaurants en het amusante nachtleven te lopen.

Het huis biedt vijf unieke buitenruimtes en een voordelige plattegrond. Het eerste niveau bestaat uit een grote entree met een Nederlandse deur en een slaapkamer met toegang tot een grote zonovergoten patio. De tweede slaapkamer, badkamer voor de gasten en de belangrijkste woonruimtes bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping tussen een woonkamer met open haard en een royaal balkon; een ruime keuken met voldoende kasten, granieten toonbanken, dubbele oven, ingebouwde magnetron en koelkast en een uitzicht balkon. Franse deuren vanuit de eetkamer leiden naar het grote terras, ideaal om buiten te eten. Dit niveau heeft een enorm, open gevoel. De derde verdieping omvat de grote slaapkamer met hoge plafonds, inloopkast en een dubbele open haard die ook de badkamer met spabad, aparte douche en dubbele wastafels met ijdelheid bedient. Een enorm terras met buitenhaard bevindt zich buiten de master suite met toegang voor gasten vanaf de trap. Het pand biedt volledige toegang tot WIFI en kabel-tv. In de slaapkamer beneden, perfect voor kinderen, bevindt zich een X-Box-game-systeem. Keuken is volledig gevuld en het huis is klaar voor entertainment.

Fantastic stay!

This home was an absolute delight! Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, walking distance to beach, lovely quiet neighborhood. Drive to Disneyland was 30ish minutes. I would definitely stay here again

The outdoor furniture on the upstairs patio needs to be replaced. It’s falling apart. The living room couches could use a good cleaning. Lots of stains. A $6000/week rental should come with better towels and more of them. There should be two sets per person for a week. The air conditioning on the top floor was nonexistent. Not comfortable for sleeping. And we would consistently lose the connection on the TV in the master bedroom.

We only had 4 adults but we enjoyed how spacious and well stocked the home was! We appreciated the paper products, and soaps at every sink. There was a fan in each bedroom closet to provide air circulation. We enjoyed using the AC at night as the bedrooms would get a little warm. The master bedroom was gorgeous with a huge bathroom as well as a door to a beautiful deck. We enjoyed our pre-dinner cocktails and snacks on that deck. It was nice that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The kitchen and living room were a great place for our group to hang out. All and all, the house was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is giving the couches a good cleaning or replace them altogether! Hope to return to this rental house again!

Thanksgiving in CDM

We had a wonderful time at this condo--comfortable, relaxed, everything in order. It's not as easy to communicate with the property management company as it usually is with private owners. But there were no major problems, so it didn't matter. All good, and thank you!
