This was a great vacation rental. The home is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. The front patio had so much space to hang out. The location was perfect.

Cute, clean, big rooms

Enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were a good size, the kitchen was a little small and not a lot of counter space, but overall really liked this place!

We loved our stay at this house! Not much that we didn't like about the home - and the management company was great to work with. We love that it was pet friendly, had AC in a few rooms and was in a quieter area near the beach. The single car garage is small - we brought our daughter's VW Taos and it was a tight fit. The front patio is a great spot to hang out - but mind the flys during the summer heat if you are dining outside. We tried having some sort of fly trap but it didn't really do anything. It's typical for hot summer days/nights. The living room is great for the family to hang, and we were able to park our bikes on the back patio/courtyard. Our friends were in the top house which was great - not sure how it would work if we didn't know them and were sharing the laundry. We have already looked at booking it again for next year.

Thank you for your comments. We're happy to hear you loved your stay and enjoyed the quiet location near the beach! We're glad the patio was a nice place to relax and spend time together, and we're sorry for any discomfort you experienced with the flies. The parking space is suitable for small to mid-size vehicles only, and while it's good to know you made it work, we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We're pleased that you've already booked for next year, and we look forward to welcoming you back! Kind regards, BVR

Would definitely rent again

Overall, we loved the place! Very clean, great layout and great location. Sometimes you can hear tenant above and renters/locals were loud at times outside. Ways to improve would include fixing the ice maker, replacing worn out bath towels with ones that are more reflective of the rest of the place.

Easy beach access

Great property and location. Very clean. Easy communication with property management. Has a nice kitchen. The one parking spot worked well for us but if you plan on having other people with cars come visit they will have a tough time finding parking, just the nature of the area. One thing to consider with the showers is changing to a removable/handheld shower head to make it easier to wash younger kids/toddlers since there are no bathes.

Perfect rental with great management

We had a wonderful experience with Beachview Realty - they were prompt, honest, professional and attentive. The rental was beautifully maintained and we had a lovely week in Newport. Pictures usually look much better than the rental, but this property was so much better in person! We were blown away!
