Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Great spot at the 30A entry—easy bike ride to rosemary/alys and new shops/restaurants across 98. Beds were super comfortable with nice linens. Living area a little tight and Sofa could use a refresh but not bad for a rental plus we weren’t entertaining so it was great for our needs.
