Suite 8402 is a recently upgraded two-bedroom residence designed for groups and families who want genuine comfort and space without sacrificing location or finish level. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the mountain and gondola corridor — a view that is, in summer, more dramatic and alive than any ski season shot can capture.

The open-concept living room features a gas fireplace, dining area, and a queen sleeper sofa — anchoring the common space for a group of seven. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, modern cookware, and everything needed for in-suite dining when the mountain calls you back before dinner reservations do.

Our guests will have full access to Unit 8402 and all One Ski Hill Place resort amenities for the duration of their stay — the heated outdoor pool, full-service spa, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, bowling alley, movie theater, billiards lounge, game rooms, media lounge, and private guest locker room with slope access.
One reserved space in the heated underground garage is included. The complimentary resort shuttle provides on-demand transportation anywhere in town within a five-minute drive.

Access is provided via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in. A refundable $250 access credential deposit is required prior to arrival, covering all physical access items, released in full upon return at checkout. A non-refundable Damage Waiver option is also available. Full details provided after booking.

Suite 8402 is available exclusively through Gilson Property Group — a professional hospitality team based in Breckenridge. Every stay is prepared and managed to the same standard: white-glove cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support throughout.

We had an amazing stay at this property over Thanksgiving and our snowboarding trip. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed for our holiday cooking, and the living space was comfortable and inviting. Steam shower was very useful after a all day of snowboarding!The location was excellent, ski in/out and ski valet is a great feature, which made our snowboarding days super convenient. After being out in the snow, it was great coming back to a warm, relaxing place with plenty of room for everyone.The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the holiday. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located getaway!
