Dive-in movie theater and the famous HUGE SPLASH BUCKET THAT DUMPS HUNDREDS OF GALLONS OF WATER ONTO THE KIDS, they will have a blast while you relax in the sun or at the pool bar & grill. Splash also has a Arcade with a Mini Bowling alley and nicely equipment gym. There is a beach supply/ convenient store and a ice cream shop on the first floor of the parking deck.

Great views - got to watch dolphin - highlight for me!!! Room and balcony clean and comfortable. Grounds and pools well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good communication with information through the whole process. Would definietely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo with our family, including our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit was the perfect size for all of us. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and enjoy family meals together. The furniture was comfy, and the king-sized beds were great. The kids loved the bunk beds too!The location was unbeatable with absolutely gorgeous views, and we loved sitting on the balcony to take it all in. The beach was beautiful, and the complimentary chairs made it so easy to relax by the water. The kids were thrilled to find beach toys available, and they also loved the pools and the mini water park-style play area! it was such a fun bonus!Check-in was quick and easy, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better family getaway and would definitely stay here again!

The pictures really do not do this condo justice! This condo was super spacious and very beautiful!! It was clean with a lot more amenities such as coffee pot with keurig, an instant pot, and crock pot. It was just a really amazing place to stay and I would absolutely come back! The only complaint was the elevators always being super horrible to catch for lengthy times but that a resort issue, not a condo issue.

The room was cool when we went In. The smell of cleanliness hit our noses as soon as we walked in. The room was spotless! The big balcony is a huge plus! We loved having the two master suits with ocean view and balcony access. The main master bed was SO COMFY as was the couch and chase lounge. The room was fully equipped with everything we need. The owner checked on us by text to make sure our first night was everything we hoped it would be and seeing if we needed anything. Then again before checking out. We loved the beach chair service every day. I booked for next year before I left this year. Can’t wait to be back next year.

The condo was great! Loved the layout. Had a problem with the door code changing before 10:00 checkout but was fixed upon calling the host agency. The elevator waits were the only drawback (during peak hours anyway). A great place for kids & enjoyed the free round of golf. Would recommend for families with young children

Beautiful room

First time staying in this particular room. It was very spacious and the 3 door balconies 😍. Decorated beautiful, everything you could need was provided. Comfortable beds. My only complaint would be the smell, we sprayed but it persistented. Overall it was a wonderful stayed and love to stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: We loved that it was right on the beach but many of the attractions and restaurants were further away than we realized. There was only 1 set of elevators per building and they were extremely slow and caused unnecessary wait times.

We enjoyed our week at this VRBO. The condo was clean with plenty of linens and towels. The only complaint I would have is we went mid May and the pool was absolutely freezing. I know you can’t predict weather months in advance but if you have little ones the pool is NOT heated. The splash pad is very dated and wasn’t on but just 2 days of the 6 we were there. Other than that we enjoyed the week!

The only inconvenience was the wait time for elevators.. we were on the 11th floor. We walked down the stairs on Saturday because some had been waiting on elevator for an hour. That’s not the condo owner’s fault of course, just wanted others to be prepared. My two toddlers loved the pools/bucket area!

Amazing Condo with a Gorgeous View!

The condo was exactly as described and was clean and beautifully decorated! I was nervous after reading other peoples horror stories about some properties but I was so relieved at how well this property is maintained. My entire family loved it and hated leaving, we will definitely be back and will book this same property again and stay in this same condo.

A beautiful condo, with aging beds and elevators

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay at Splash was great. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The only issues we had were with the mattresses and condo elevators.When we arrived there was only 1 working elevator and check in time aligns with everyone coming off the beach, this resulted in a 1hr long wait for the elevator. I called 4 Star to complain. The resort maintains the elevator rather than 4 Star, but the person I talked to called the resort and elevator was fixed by the next morning. Throughout our stay there were at least 3 other times elevators were out of service but the impact was much lower.At the end of the stay all adults were complaining about neck/back pain from the wore out mattresses. They are sunken in and rounded on the edges. Hopefully they are replaced soon.
