Host was very welcoming with a great snack,wine and cheese basket! Well appointed house with plenty of space and seating. We especially loved the large screen porch with morning sun and afternoon shade looking over an inlet. Excellent stay!!!

Group was too rough on things. Lots of drinking, partying and damaged property then denied it. Insurance made good on property but the agravation was not worth it. Their denial is why we would not rent to them again
