Maison méticuleuse dans la belle plage de Craigville / "The Avenues" de Hyannisport! Parfait pour les familles, cette maison de plus de 2500 pieds carrés comprend 3 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, un premier étage à aire ouverte avec parquet et climatisation centrale.

Située à moins de 5 miles de la maison, la Seaside Beach de l’association privée (carte de stationnement incluse dans la location), également connue sous le nom de «Little Beach» pour les habitants, offre un accès à l’île Squaw. . Les enfants adoreront faire du crabe sur la jetée de la plage ou ramasser des coquillages. Apportez les vélos ou marchez ou courez dans les beaux quartiers "Avenues".

À seulement 3 km, vous trouverez les fabuleux restaurants (assurez-vous d'essayer un rouleau de homard et une chaudrée de palourdes primée), la vie nocturne de Main Street Hyannis et le ferry pour Nantucket ou Martha's Vineyard. Un laissez-passer pour accéder à toutes les plages publiques de Barnstable est également inclus (le prix d'entrée typique est de 20 $ / jour, y compris Covell, Dowses, les célèbres plages Craigville, East, Kalmus, Long, Loop, Oregon et Veteran '). 10 rampes publiques sont à quelques kilomètres.

Le premier étage comprend une cuisine à aire ouverte avec un bar pour le petit-déjeuner, une table à manger et un salon avec des canapés en cuir et une télévision à écran plat. Les doubles portes françaises par la salle à manger mènent à la terrasse avec la table de patio et le gril. Une nouvelle douche extérieure vient d'être installée pour la saison 2018.

Cette maison dispose de trois chambres: une chambre au premier étage avec un lit queen, une grande chambre principale au deuxième étage avec un lit queen et une troisième chambre avec deux lits superposés et un lit double, parfait pour les enfants. Un pack & play est également disponible. Il y a des salles de bain complètes à chaque étage. Toutes les serviettes de bain et de plage et les draps sont inclus.

Dehors, il y a une douche chaude extérieure fermée et une terrasse avec table et chaises. Il y a un gril à gaz pour les hamburgers ou votre prise fraîche du jour.

Nous louons du samedi au samedi. L'heure d'arrivée est 16h et l'heure de départ est 10h.

Les autres équipements incluent: un grand parking pour plusieurs voitures, le wifi, le ramassage des ordures et le ménage hebdomadaire.

Non fumeur et pas d'animaux autorisés.

This house was just about perfect for our family! The location is great, the house was clean, and Nora providing cleaning supplies, towels and linens and beach passes makes this house a great place to stay!

Lovely cottage; perfect location.

The cottage is lovely- clean , well stocked , nicely furnished and very comfortable. And its location on "the Avenues" is perfect with a short distance to beaches, Hyannis, etc. The two weeks flew by.

Lovely property, great location

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home in hyannisport. A short walk to a private beach and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The home is very well appointed and the decor is beautiful! The hot tub was broken but the owners did everything possible to address the situation. Highly recommend this property.

Great Vacation

Wonderful vacation rental and amenities! The owners are wonderful to work with! The property has everything you need! They even provide linens, towels and the little extras like shampoo, etc if needed! The extra TLC shows and makes vacation relaxing and fun, look forward to staying again in future years! Thank you!

First time visiting Cape Cod and my entire family could not have enjoyed it more. We felt at home in this house. Very spacious and comfortable. Great location with beaches near by and downtown Main St minutes away. The yard was beautiful and the deck peacful for the multiple BBQs we had. I cant say enough.

A TRUE GEM!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful Cape house! It was perfectly appointed - comfortable, clean and had everything needed for a perfect vacation stay. Nora and her family were a delight to work with-very responsive and made sure our visit was the best! There was plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen and beautiful setting. The only issue we had was that the week went by too fast! We can’t wait to return next year- thank you Nora!

Beautiful house, great location

Easy booking and check in process. House is set in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is beautifully decorated, provides all the amenities and equipment in the kitchen and has quality beds (though too soft for our liking). The exterior of the property is a bit more underwhelming, lacks attention and does not feel cosy at all. Also maybe some lounge chairs or a hammock would be nice. Also with 9 people we couldn’t eat around 1 table as tables were too small (neither outdoor nor indoor).

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Nora's cottage this summer and would 100% recommend it to any other families looking for a great house and location for their own vacation. The house itself was clean, comfortable and had pretty much anything and everything we could have needed to feel at home. They had beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys available for us to borrow in their shed. The outdoor shower was invaluable for cleaning up after the beach. There were plenty of great books and toys for our kids (ages 8, 6 & 2) to enjoy. The location of the house itself was also fantastic. We loved walking down to the little private beach in their neighborhood and appreciated the short 5 minute drive to the larger beaches nearby and the less than 10 minute drive to main street Hyannis and the Hyannis harbor. The few times we had questions or needed to check in with Nora about something, she was quick to respond and very helpful. Book your vacation at Nora's cottage - you won't regret it!

Cape Cod Bliss!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The kitchen was well equipped - we grilled several nights and even steamed lobsters in the kitchen! We were traveling with an infant and five year old and were pleasantly surprised with the amount of age appropriate toys and puzzles for our kiddos. The primary bedroom is a great size and the bed was comfortable. The showers had great water pressure to wash out the sand in our hair from Craigville beach which was a very short (2 minute?) drive away. We used the standard beach chairs, umbrella, floats and toys that were in the shed. The neighborhood was very quiet and we took advantage of the private beach a short walk away at the end of fifth avenue- a great spot for happy hour! We even mailed postcards to friends at the post office at the top of the street. Location was ideal for our family. We explored lots of the Cape from Woods Hole up to Orleans. We loved that were close to beaches and the kettle ponds (Hamblin and Hathaway ponds are very close - a must if you have little kids! They have a roped off swimming area that is very shallow which is great when you need a break from jumping waves!) We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return to the Cape for many summers to come!

Comfortable home in a great location

The property was great for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, and we appreciated having access to the propane grill for several of our meals. There are a lot of games and puzzles, so even if it rains, you can find something to do. Having access to the beaches with a beach pass was a definite bonus. We had a great time, and Nora was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay again for sure if we are heading to the Cape again.

Great Week at Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would heartily recommend this home to others. Great location near Covell’s and Craigville beaches. Having the beach parking pass was a huge plus. Also very convenient to Main St. in Hyannis. The house itself was pristine and very comfortable, even for six adults. Kitchen was well stocked. Basically, the house was exactly what we hoped it was! Nora was great to work with too. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful get away!

Myn husband and I had to change our summer plans due to unexpected surgery and Nora was extremely thoughtful and considerate in changing our dates. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Another wonderful stay at the Conway Cottage!

We were lucky enough to enjoy a lovely stay again this summer at the wonderful Conway Cottage! The house is immaculate with everything available from a great kitchen set up to everything needed for a great day at the beach. Nora as always is terrific to deal with - responds very quickly and always willing to help. The only complaint is that time went way too fast as it always does - a true sign of a wonderful stay! Minutes from the beach!

My wife, two young daughters and I truly loved this house and the vacation. There are parking passes to beaches that are just minutes away and so much fun! The a/c worked great and was much appreciated. They house was very clean and well kept. We felt right at home.

Fantastic home. Very surprised at how roomy it was. Great 1st floor open space, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 roomy full bathrooms. Very clean. Modern. Nice deck with wrought iron patio set. Quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes, friendly people, less than a mile to Covell's Beach, which made for great morning walks and an even shorter walk to see a beautiful sunset at the neighborbood's private beach. Straight shot down the road to Hyannisport beach, easy drive to so many sites, restaurants and shopping. So blessed to have found this vacation house.

Perfect place from which to discover the Cape

We were 4 adults in the house for two weeks. Two worked from home in the upstairs bedrooms, while two, based downstairs, toured the Cape. We recounted our adventures at the dinner table every night. The house was perfectly set up for this! We cook a lot and found everything we needed in kitchen, plus a great barbecue. The locking shed was very helpful as we had brought our bicycles. The location is terrific.

Perfect cozy home

Nora and her family were responsive and accommodating. The house had everything you could need and was in a great location to explore the Cape from. The beach passes are a great bonus. House is cozy yet extremely spacious and comfortable. Definitely look forward to coming back again!

Great house - has everything you need!

This place was fantastic. It was a very cute house in a good location, about 10-15 mins walk to little beach, which was great at low tide. The house was very clean, was exactly as advertised. And provided everything you could want, including a lot of stuff in the kitchen. We will definitely stay again!!

The "Avenues" in Hyannisport is a very special neighborhood! Quiet, tree-lined, with access to a private, association-only beach with a gorgeous barrier island (Squaw Island). At low tide, wade across tide pools, look for seashells, and surf on the warm, calm waves on Squaw. Sunsets from the jetty are unrivaled.

This neighborhood, while quiet, is also just a couple of miles away from the bustling area of Main Street, Hyannis, chock full of shops, great restaurants, and the harbor, to catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. There is often live music here in the summer, and the unique artists lofts by the harbor are open for browsing local art.

It's truly a special place with the best of both worlds, and our family's favorite place to vacation in the summer!
