Spacious 3/2 w fenced yard - 5 to IMG & SRQ

Welcome to the Shell House! A beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath remodeled home in the heart of the Bradenton Area. This family friendly home is perfect for those traveling in larger groups of 6 or more. Our home is conveniently 5 minutes from the IMG academy and about 20 minutes from the beautiful Bradenton Beach and Coquina Beach. I am available for you during your stay if you need anything at all.
There is 0 tolerance for smoking inside the home. If we find any smoke debris or odor in the home after your departure there is a minimum fee of $500 to remediate the smell. Thank you for respecting the home and following this simple rule.

Please be honest about your pets. There is a fine of $350 for undocumented pets that are discovered after your departure. The pet fee is to accommodate your pets and to take the extra cleaning measures after your departure. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pets a fee of $350 will apply. We are happy to accommodate your pets, please be honest about them.
