This condo is on the 3rd floor with an AMAZING direct beach view from the balcony. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located complex. Gulf State Park and the beach are within walking distance so you will enjoy the best of both worlds. Miles of hiking and biking trails. Beach access across the street. One free parking pass. Most secluded beach section in Gulf Shores!

Grand Beach is a highly sought after, well taken care of condominium complex located right across the street from the beach in Gulf Shores! There are no buildings directly in front of the condo so the view is unobstructed.

Enjoy a glass of wine on our private balcony that overlooks the ocean. The property has a pool and hot tub. The Gulf State Park pier is within walking distance.

3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom has a king bed with a sliding glass door to go onto the balcony - with a Beautiful Beach View. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have Tub/Shower combos and are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, and starter pack of shampoo/conditioner/soap/toilet paper.

Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make home cooked meals. Some small appliances include toaster, blender, regular drip coffee maker and more. Starter pack of coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags and paper towels are provided.

This is a 3rd floor unit with 2 Elevators on the property.

We also have a full/queen sofa bed. A washer/dryer combo with starter pack of laundry pods and iron w/ironing board located inside the unit to handle all of your laundering needs. You are allowed 2 unassigned parking spots. 1 pass is free with your stay. If you need a 2nd parking pass it will be a $50 fee, and I will need to know at least one week prior to your arrival.

Beach Essentials: Included with the home are beach chairs and beach towels.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK!!!

NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED!!! We love our pets, but it's the HOA's rule.

Great service, good accommodations

Patti at Sunnybeaches1.com rentals was amazing in every single way. She made this an absolutely amazing experience. The unit was clean, well equipped and served our needs well. We were in town for a high school soccer tournament, so the beaches themselves were not our priority. However, the lication was near the beaches and all of fhe local attractions on Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. I will definately do business with Patti and hwr team again. This is a good unit for location and cleanlisness. Good experence overall.
