Great place and great location. The only drawback was the parking situation. We had to double park to unload our car and then ended up having to park down the street. Other than that we had a great stay! Would def book again.

Hot Tub was awesome, great spot if you are on a budget and want to stay in Beverly Hills. Enjoyed the stay alot and had fun seeing Kobe everywhere I looked. Would Highly recommend for a bachelor party, or golf trip group.

This place is not up kept to rental standards. The hot tub had a line of grime on the surface. The deck was falling apart, had multiple cracks and holes, nothing like the smooth surface shown on the pictures. The bathroom was missing a towel hook. The rooms were so small you could barely walk in and out. There were no smoke detectors. The yard fence was broken and hanging from one side. But overall the biggest problem was how dirty everything looked.

Host was very easy to communicate with. Very thorough instructions for check in. The place is located behind a house and we were worried it would be dark and hard to see but it was very well lit and easy to find. Good location for us. Nice space for our family of 4. Bathroom is a little small but worked for us. Street parking in front of the house was very hard to find both nights but we were able to squeeze in. Overall a great place with some very cool Kobe features. Thank you!

Check in was super easy, and the host is very communicative. My family and I stayed for a week, we really enjoyed the NBA jam retro gaming station. Highly recommended for all Kobe fans.

Stayed here for one night with my family of 4 and we loved it! We were only here for about 12 hours and I wish we could have stayed longer. The property had many amenities that we were not able to take advantage of due to our short stay. My kids enjoyed playing with the buckets of toys and loved the hot tub. Backyard was nice and relaxing. T.v.s were everywhere all around the house and outside. Amazing tribute to Kobe. It was a little smaller than expected I can see how it can get crowded with more than 4 people and especially only 1 bathroom but perfect for a smaller family. Only complaint I have is parking. We stayed on a Thursday night with trash day being Friday morning it was very hard to find street parking.

I was not happy with this house. Cool concept but the floors were literally falling apart as you walk on them. House was in need of a good deep clean. When i walked in a nice pungent odor of wet dog, mildew and stale urine hit me in the face. Floors looked like the apartment flooded several times and dried boards heeving and the laminate peeling off. I do not recomend staying here.

For a group of five staying in Los Angeles for a week, its a mixed bag.The property has a lot of broken aspects. Light fixtures and cameras (on the deck) hanging from the ceiling. The back deck's wooden floorboards feeling flimsy and loose, in need of repair. Multiple windows and air vents in the house needing cleaning. Torn screen door material and a front gate that was off the hinges. I addressed some of these concerns to the host, who assured me we would not be charged for these. The rental was also more dirty than anticipated, with the bathroom tub having soap scum and the floors being dirty (plus the air vents and windows mentioned above). There were also not enough towels for a group of five people. And parking in the area can be difficult, especially with more than one vehicle and the lack of driveway parking available to guests.That said, positives include the location and price. The photos of the property are accurate, however the property does need upkeep. Everything works inside the property from the multiple TVs, to the hot tub, to the kitchen appliances. It was nice to have Kobe watching over us though wherever we were in the house.

The property was nice. I did run into some issues with the access directions the directions state the property is behind a pink fence but the actual dense is a dark maroon. The hot tub cover was open and water dirty so we could t enjoy the picture in the lower room with double beds kept falling off the wall randomly. There was a light hanging out the ceiling that shouldn’t have been hanging. Also the house in the front kept parking their van in the middle of the driveway making it extremely difficult to get the the rental home the shower head dosnt work it only shoots water on the sides not the detachable part.there was stale towels left in the washing machine. The Kobe concept is amazing and is what attracted us to this place it just seems like the cleaners never cleaned before we got there.

The only thing I think would have helped my experience would’ve been up to date pictures of the property. Other than that it was an amazing experience and I loved that every floor had a balcony. We had a little get together for a family members birthday and the overall vibe was very nice. I absolutely loved the deck and the jacuzzi and so did the other guest. The host was very communicative and very respectful, they did a great job with explaining and accommodating me when needed. Had such a great time that it completely slipped my mind to take pictures. I would definitely book here again.

House was clean and ready for our stay. Saturn St. out front and the walk from street to house has a bit of trash and junk laying around. Front unit at same location has a tarp tent front yard covering that really detracts from the property (we thought maybe it was an outdoor restaurant at first).Property seems secure enough. Had to park down the block each night, vehicle didn't seem to get messed with because we were concerned about that since it's not within sight and we had to store a complete drum kit in it since the house is a bit of a walk from the street if your moving a lot of stuff. Outside deck area is in need of repair, not a good place to let small kids play although inside was fine. Pictures on VRBO show the deck many years ago when it was much newer! A few items inside house could be repaired/cleaned up in the house to make it more comfortable. Had to whip up some improvised window coverings for the upstairs so we could sleep in without the sun waking us. Downstairs is pretty dark so it was fine. The rooms are smaller than depicted in pictures, very little room for bags/suitcases at all. This house is fine if you need a quick place to stay near this area with just a couple people. Once you bring 4 or more, the single bathroom and parking situation gets more challenging. Also, although it's in the Hollywood area, it takes 20 to 30min drive to get other places in Hollywood due to the surface streets and amount of traffic.
