Wonderful stay

The host could not have been more responsive or accommodating! The location was just what we wanted…walking distance to Beverly Hills. The place was quiet and peaceful! And we were 2 couples so it was private for all. Highly recommended.

The property is what you see in the photos. Great location. Even though you had to park on the street parking was available in front of the building. I would recommend a rooftop umbrella for shade when having morning coffee on the roof. But other than that would recommend this place.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful place and seamless check in. Everything was very clean. Beds were some of the best we’ve slept on and the rooftop deck was phenomenal, even came with a kit of marshmallows and sticks to roast on the fire pit. Host was gracious to work with us and let us pick up our luggage after checkout when our flight had been delayed. Just a great experience all around.

Property Management Review

During my recent four-day stay in Los Angeles, I was deeply disappointed by the poor cleanliness and lack of proper management attention to the property I stayed in. The issues I encountered were both unsanitary and unacceptable, reflecting poorly on the property management team. Firstly, the floors were in terrible condition. It was evident they had not been swept in days, as there were visible crumbs and debris scattered around. Walking barefoot in the unit felt unpleasant, and it made me question the overall hygiene of the property.Additionally, the restocking of essential materials was insufficient for two guests staying for four days. Basic items like toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries were not adequately provided, forcing us to ration supplies or find replacements ourselves—a hassle that could have easily been avoided with proper preparation.To make matters worse, I had a deeply frustrating interaction with a gentleman named Adrianne. After calling to express my concerns, Adrianne not only brushed off my complaints but also had the audacity to threaten to refund my trip and cancel my reservation entirely, claiming that I was “calling too much.” This lack of professionalism and inability to handle feedback appropriately added unnecessary stress to an already disappointing stay.On a positive note, I would like to thank Sam for stepping in and responding to my phone calls

However, upon checkout, we found that several items were missing from the unit. We promptly reached out to you and Vrbo regarding this matter. Our long-term, trusted cleaners, who have always demonstrated professionalism, were unfairly accused, and we stand firmly by their integrity. My host was EXTREMELY responsive, professional and helpful! I have yet to have a host provide such excellent communication and I stay in vrbo's several times per month. The underground parking is excellent and the place is good size, comfortable and clean. I will certainly be staying here again and recommend it highly!
