The home is surrounded by other landmark attractions like the Big Duck in Flanders, Iron Point Park on Woodroad Trail, Youth and Seniors Community Center, Indian Island Golf Course, etc and just 2 miles to Riverhead Main Street and commercial district.
Fully furnished interior decoration and design
Two times a week housekeeping services (excluding cooking)
Full size bed with executive drawers and walk-in closets in each room
Property is a 2 bedroom basement apartment with all basic amenities including furniture and appliances, cable TV and hi-speed internet, Kitchen wares and utensils including microwave oven, full size refrigerator, range oven/stove, heating and AC, stand up shower and toilet with washer and dryer, liningd and cleaning supplies as well as weekly housekeeping services, surveillance camera system equipped with alarm features, etc.

It was a delight to have Sherri and her family as our guests. They were considerate and tidy, and left the apartment in great shape. They followed the house rules and left the apartment in great shape. I would welcome them back again anytime!

This property in Flanders was very nicely maintained - spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The listing was accurate, the location was in close proximity to my family and was conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. The communication with the host was easy and smooth throughout our stay. We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing visit and would happily stay again. The complimentary coffee/tea and creamers were an added bonus!

This basement apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, was ideal for a week's stay visiting family. It was comfortable and cozy, and the hosts, who live upstairs, were warm and welcoming. The house was spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed during our visit. We would definitely consider staying again.

Clean, neat, nicely decorated, efficient and pleasant.We enjoyed it very much.One suggestion: in the description of the apartment, add a photo that shows that there are two steps to climb up to get into the very comfortable beds.Could be a challenge for people with limited mobility.I’m 83 years old and managed Ok.

Could not have been more pleased with this VRBO. Exceeded our expectations. Place was very clean, very spacious, host was thoughtful when it came to having everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Long Island.

I can’t say enough good things about hosting Sherry and John and their friendly interactions with us. Tey were definitely a superb guest, and it was our greatest pleasure to host them. They were polite, responsible, followed all the house rules and left the place spotless. We were particular impressed with Sherry's enormous sense of awareness to the environment and the great sense of care she showed throughout their stay. Sherry and John left a lasting impression on us with their exceptional hand written note of compliment and appreciation, recognizng our hospitality and services provided. I would highly welcome them back again anytime!
