Welcome to our charming 1939 family home, where we raised our two children. While not luxurious, its character and natural features make it warm and inviting for families, small groups, or work trips. Our home sleeps up to 6 guests and is a budget-friendly option with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The open-concept living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The table seats 4, plus 2 at the countertop bar, and an extra leaf with chairs in the closet can expand seating. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a king, queen, and twin—plus one full bathroom and a half bath downstairs, perfect for sharing space without waiting. Please note, the drains may run a little slowly, and laundry is not available.

Outside, enjoy the backyard with a dining area, toddler-sized playscape, and fire pit. The yard could use a little TLC, but it’s still a great space for relaxing and playing. Take a walk to nearby Mott Park, including the disc golf course, river, and playground.

Located in a quiet neighborhood central to downtown Flint, you’re just minutes from I-75/I-69, local campuses (UM-Flint, Kettering, Mott), restaurants, museums, theaters, hospitals (McLaren & Hurley), and venues like Atwood Stadium and Dort Federal Arena.

Host was very responsive and with good communication. The house was as described the street was very quite. The floor plan was nice and the beds were comfortable. The cleaning products used left sticky floors. The outside definitely needed tidying up. Adequate for a weekend in the area.

Place is very dirty we had to clean it for 4 hours ourself and the heat wasn't working very well and there's an ant farm by the fireplace coming out of the wall

These claims are false and untrue, as reflected in our prior good reviews. We offered solutions as far as coming to look into the issues he mentioned and he refused any help. He even made claims that he was heating the house using our oven, and when we hired a furnace repairman, he refused service and then claimed the house was suddenly heating. I asked for proof of photos and he couldn’t show them, and when we showed up after check-in, the house was in proper condition. He was after a full refund, and when we wouldn’t oblige his demand, he began retaliating. This is very disheartening and not a reflection of our property. He also broke several house rules as far as smoking in and out of the property and tampering with our security systems.

The house was nice but all the blinds in the hhouse was all ripped up to the point you can see straight through the house in the front back and side so i just stayed one night and left i lost money .cause i reall didn't feel safe soory but i got to do better with reading the contract # no refundi hope by now they h s ve replace
