Experience boutique comfort in a beautifully restored 1915 Craftsman, centrally located near downtown, Petco Park, Balboa Park, Gaslamp, Coronado, and San Diego’s hip neighborhoods including North Park and Hillcrest. Enjoy a full updated kitchen with loads of amenities, modern bath with a deep tub, original built-ins, and warm, artful décor. Relax on the welcoming front patio or unwind under the pergola. With two inviting bedrooms, this home is perfect for couples, friends, or small families.
Welcome to this charming 1915 Craftsman, a home filled with history, creativity, and a deep sense of care. This was our mother’s house, and much of the artwork, décor, and color throughout the space reflects her original vision. We’ve preserved what made it special while updating the essentials for comfort and ease.
We welcome guests from all over the world, and we’ve shaped the home to feel warm, personal, and inviting—whether you're here for work, exploration, or rest.
The Bathroom
A spacious, newly remodeled bath with a deep soaking tub, rainfall-style shower, and a tucked-away toilet nook. Plenty of counter space and a large mirror make getting ready effortless.
The Kitchen
A fully equipped, modern kitchen featuring:
• Extensive dishware & eclectic glassware
• Coffee maker, French press, kettle, blender
• Ample cookware, sharp knives, spices, oils, and essentials
Everything you need to cook a real meal—or several.
Bedrooms
Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds (one queen, one full), plus closets and dressers for settling in. An optional futon in the living room can sleep one additional guest.
Living and Dining
A light-filled living room with ample sofa seating, handcrafted décor, and original built-ins. The dining area comfortably seats 4–5 for shared meals or remote work.
Outdoor Spaces
A street-facing patio perfect for morning coffee, plus a shaded pergola seating area at the front of the property for relaxing in the evenings.

I am an avid world traveler both for work and for adventure. I have stayed in many short term rentals and hotels, and do my best to ensure that my vacation rentals would be the sort of place I would want to stay in myself.

We are very close to downtown, Petco Park, Coronado, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Hillcrest, North Park and more. It is a vibrant historic neighborhood in a very urban part of San Diego.
What makes this property unique
This is a historic craftsman house, that my mother lived in for many years. We have kept her colorful artistic decor, with a Mexican flair. We want guests in our home to feel as if they are in a home, not a hotel.
